This was my first experience inside a casino/Hotel property, and while it was initially uncomfortable, it proved to be a valuable learning opportunity. During my stay I explored the building and approached the casino entrance. Although I am not personally drawn to gambling, I have respect for it.
Upon reaching the entrance, two staff members, though not rude, required me to present my ID and scanned before allowing entry. While I understood the policy, I felt somewhat unsettled as my intention was simply to visit the restaurant. This made me hesitate to continue my exploration.
Overall, my nearly ten day stay for work was positive. Early booking issues were resolved promptly and professionally by the manager, whose kindness was much appreciated. The front desk staff were consistently warm, helpful, and welcoming. I did not request housekeeping due to my schedule but maintain respect for their efforts.
The parking garage is spacious with ample spots near the elevators, which was convenient. The on site restaurants were enjoyable, and the general atmosphere was polite and professional.
Despite the initial discomfort, my first stay at a casino hotel property was a rewarding experience thanks to the attentive staff and comfortable accommodations.
