We enjoyed our visit to Mountainview!!! I loved the selection of semi-sweet wines I had. The food was delicious. Our server Dylan did a great job and made us feel welcomed! The views were amazing. Highly recommend!
Great place. Solid food options and an amazing space. When you happen to stop in on a whim and have live music playing it is always a bonus. Great outdoor covered space and several outdoor areas. Plenty of bar service on those busy warm days or autumn nights. The wine variety is great and the quality is good. Above average for sure for a PA winery. Worth it to add to the list.
I absolutely loved Mountain View Vineyards! The atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing, and the views were stunning. The food was delicious — flavorful, and perfectly paired with their wines. It’s a great spot to unwind, enjoy good company, and treat yourself to a great meal and drink. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Went here last night, we arrived at 5pm for a 5:30pm and our table was ready. We ordered a flatbread and fish and chips. Food was ok nothing that was amazing. Service was really bad, our waitress came by once my husband never got a drink refill. I had planned on ordering a cocktail but waitress never came back. By the time she checked in we were finished eating and we were over it. So we paid and left.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This was our first time visiting this winery in the Poconos, and we had such a great experience! The atmosphere was beautiful, and the property itself is absolutely gorgeous—perfect for a relaxing afternoon. Everything we tried was delicious, and the service made it even better. Our server, Nadia, was the best—super attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our time there. One fun suggestion: it would be amazing if they added margarita flights to the menu! With all the great flavors they offer, it would be such a fun addition. Overall, a fantastic spot. We’ll definitely be back again soon!
Had a wonderful afternoon sipping flights at Mountain View Vineyard! Drinks and service were both exceptional. Thanks Kim for sharing your knowledge about the wines to help us choose a very delicious sampling!
Mountain View Vineyard was an amazing experience. Pedro was super awesome with recommendations and friendly service. We did wine and spirit flights which was quite unique. Favorites included Mt. Goat white, maple burbon, and Blueberry shine.
Hubby and I went on a last minute decision while visiting the Poconos. Excellent choice. Cocktails were great and the atmosphere even better. Would recommend to anyone.

Great place, an amazing team! Congratulations we loved it… the bread and the butter were delicious!
My wife and I really enjoyed our trip here. It works best if you try to immerse yourself into their world. It’s not hard to do. We learned a lot about the farm life and the creative ways that everything was done. Excellent experience!
This review is specifically in regard to their preschool program geared towards kids ages 2-5. This preschool is far too rigid in its policies. With young kids, unexpected things—like illness—are inevitable, so having the option to make up a class would make a huge difference. I recently learned they allow refunds only if you cancel at least three weeks before the start of the program. Since I registered 2.5 weeks before it began, that policy wouldn’t have applied to me even if I had known about it in advance. Unfortunately, both times we registered (in the spring and again this fall), my children became sick before the program started. In the spring, it took significant effort to arrange a make-up class, and now we are facing the same issue again, but they will not make accommodations. It’s disappointing to have invested in this program twice and still run into the same problem— having to fight over something so basic. The program itself is great for kids not yet in school, but families should be aware that exceptions are not made under any circumstances unless you really fight for it, so please keep that in mind. Because of their inflexible approach, I will not be registering my children again.
Always a great time seeing the different elements of the farm. Out favorite part are the baby animals but we love seeing every thing. Such friendly and helpful staff and volunteers as well! Our family has been coming here since our daughter was 1 and now she is 8.
Interesting place to visit, children’s day was good for younger kids to play some games and collect stamps for a small prize. I’d recommend going on a day when it’s less hot, so you can walk around and enjoy the experience a bit more. It feels like you’re walking into the past, staff were all pretty friendly. Admission price is $15 for an adult, $13 for senior $8 for kids 3-12, and children under 3 is free. Wagon rides are $5 per person.
Wonderful quiet farm, with alot of fun for kids especially. Reminiscent of Colonial Williamsburg, was pretty educational as it's a historical farm with replicas of a family that lives on the farm in the 1800s. The staff are friendly and were in character to the kids especially and were showing us the house and school and came house and barn. Gives a sense of true historical america.
Back for our fourth year! This is a great glimpse into what Christmas was like for the pioneers. The volunteers do a fabulous job of transporting you back through stories, songs, legend of the belsnickel, reenactments, and of course hot chocolate and pretzels. Quiet Valley Living Historical Farm does an excellent job of stripping away the glitz and commercialization of Christmas and allowing a ray of Hope to reenter our crazy world. Great fun for the whole family and a joyous celebration of Peace.
Quiet Valley Living Historical Museum is a beautiful family place to be; although single people are more than welcome to visit as well. It is most peaceful. The staff is welcoming. It is definitely a stress relieving experience!!

Smaller concert venue when we went to see Rend Collective closed off all balcony options. Security scans you as you come in with wands. Food was burgers chicken pretzels like to purchase Cash only No parking lot so street parallel parking so find parking early. Most outside shops restaurants places closed on Sundays in evening if coming to evening event. Sarah street grill is good to eat but expect 2 hours to eat. Had a blast at the event.
We've been to a couple of shows here! It's a very unique venue and we enjoyed both visits. We travel a decent amount for shows and have been to many types of venues. What makes Sherman Theatre unique is their slanted flooring! Even short people like myself can get a good view on the floor! Our second time, we called and upgraded our tickets and booked seats in the balcony section! It's 100% worth the price! My one suggestion would be that the bathrooms could all use an upgrade. Aside from that, the staff were friendly and were accommodating to our questions about where things were and so on. Will absolutely return!
A great place to see live music. I've seen Clutch, and Gojira (w/ Alien Weaponry), and both shows were fantastic. Sound is good. Be aware if it's no seats the floor is at a slant, wear comfortable shoes. Area is nice, parking is nearby.
I’ve seen a few shows at the Sherman Theatre, and it never disappoints! It’s an older, historic venue with tons of charm. Not too big, so every seat feels close to the stage. Great sound, friendly staff, and a cozy, welcoming vibe. A true hidden gem in downtown Stroudsburg! 💫
Was a good experience seeing tom kiefer.. not marked well as to where you can go as a general admission. We obviously knew we did not have seats but everywhere we went we were asked if we were members? And at one point was told we were in an $800 per ticket area 🤣 🤣 🤣 i guess thats why it was empty. But nice well kept venue and clean. Bars were cash only which again is fine seems like everywhere else is cashless. Overall good experience
Intimate venue with good sound. Tucked In the band was great. Check them out.
Great small venue. Good staff, I just think it's a bad idea to have a pit that's on a downwards slope, because... people spilled their drinks. And it made the ground gross and sticky really quickly🫤. Not that it's the venue's fault, but something to think about.
This is one of my favorite venues. I drive 90 minutes from upstate NY rather than going to NYC. It's much more convenient. The food and drinks are reasonable for a music venue, and there's not a bad seat in the house. The acoustics are pretty good, too. Highly recommend. Be prepared for crowdsurfing. It's popular here.

Antique store

This antique store is worth the trip. Yes, it can get hot inside, but not unbearable. You might find something you didn't think you could find. The prices are the same as any other antique store. If you want to haggle, they will call the dealer if they are not in the store. A lovely woman called a dealer for us, and we were given a great price on a nutcracker. You should plan on spending at least two hours in this antique store.
This place is HUGE. Literally something there for everyone. Loads of vintage clothes, jewelry, toys, furniture, and glass. Some booths were a little tight to walk through, but not bad. So much stuff to see you could literally spend a whole day in there. It's like a sensory overload. Only thing is stuff is a little pricey and the vendors who own the booth aren't there to talk to and haggle with. This isn't a place your going to find a special treasure for 2 bucks. For me I love their enormous variety of glass. I collect uranium glass, old Fenton shoes and hats, and anything on a nest. Got 3 items and paid almost $45 dollars. But a must see for anyone who enjoys flea markets! The staff is super sweet, and they sell refreshments in the front.
Never knew this place existed. I am a Funko pop fanatic & they have so many here. Prices vary depending on the item & condition. Lots to choose from. Felt like a kid in a candy store. Rest of the place had antique items, antique costume jewelry was overpriced but other than that cool place to visit.
If you’ve ever dreamed of uncovering the perfect vintage treasure, you’re in the right place! Antique stores are big treasure chests. When one shops at them for home decor items, you are truly choosing a special way of creating a home that is all your own. Housed in a restored historic building prior to its present use, the Olde Engine Works began operating as a machine shop that built huge, steam-powered hoists (winches) used mainly for lumbering and quarrying in 1903, located on 3rd Street in Stroudsburg. Since 1993, it’s been an indoor antique establishment of nearly 22,000 sq ft with 100 vendors offering the finest selection of collectibles, furniture, and treasures in all of the Poconos, where my partner, his sister, and I came today. Upon entering this spacious, well-maintained, and carefully organized interior as first-timers, it was like stepping into a time machine powered by vintage lamps, antique knick-knacks, and furniture. Some booths were a little tight to walk through, but not bad. There is so much stuff to see one could literally spend several hours in there. We left satisfied with a china cabinet and solid round table. Prices were very reasonable. The staff was friendly and helpful. We can recommend this place.
We stumbled across the gem of an antique center while in the Poconos. It is terrific! Helpful & friendly staff. At least 100 different sellers/booths. Everything from collectibles to true antiques. Basically anything you could want is in this huge building. We had a blast wandering around (for over an hour) and found 3 treasured finds. Deffinatly going to be part of our antiquing rotation.
Olde Engine Works is like stepping into a time machine powered by vintage lamps, antique knick-knacks, and Funko Pops. Went with out-of-town friends and ended up happily treasure-hunting through aisles of everything from housewares to clothes to “wait, is that a ceramic clown riding a unicycle?” Found some great stuff and even grabbed a fruit punch for my kid during our first haul. Came back for round two (because self-control is overrated), and that’s when things got... mildly awkward. A sales lady—not the cashier—asked my child if they “got” the drink there, gesturing toward the fridge like it was a sacred relic. I said yes, we paid, and the cashier backed me up. But instead of a friendly “Oops, just checking!” or “Thanks for shopping!”—crickets. It wasn’t a huge deal, but it did leave me feeling a bit weird, like I’d been accused of smuggling fruit punch. Still, the place is full of cool finds and worth a visit—but heads up, not every interaction may be as charming as the merchandise.
This place is incredible great stuff a most stop in..
My favorite antique mall! So many vendors to choose from, you’ll never leave empty handed. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I drove an hour just to visit, definitely stop by!

Check out the new store next next to the barbershop and the nail salon. They have a bit of everything. Ebikes, toys, tools, shoes, electronics
so so sad. Truly economically depressed inside the mall – the only reason to go I imagine is the movie theater, which itself is new comfortable and has a lot of movie options on any given day and night.. some businesses must move in and be worth visiting in order to save the Stroud mall The only other highlight is, it's connected to one of the best ShopRite I've ever been to
I love this restaurant! How can you go wrong if you love steak! Pick your own steak from the fridge!! Most recently I chose the 32 oz Sirloin. I chose medium for a cooking temp. It was a little overcooked to my liking but I'm a meat eater so... I ate it all up. I chose the mushrooms for a topping and a baked potato with sour cream. The rolls are delicious as well. Nice cinnamon butter. We sat down very fast here... I took a late photo of my food. I ate it all before taking a picture but have other photos. Service was spot on!
Best store in the mall!! Lots of awesome products! Great value! When your in the mall don’t forget to stop at M&J (the old Spencer store)
There wasn't a HUGE crowd when I went. There are INCREDIBLE places to eat & a nice FOOD COURT! There is also a movie theater & tons of shops! I really enjoyed the massage chairs & The DIPPIN' DOTS ice cream machines! 🍨
My experience in strouds mall was the store that took over the old Spencer store…. Great prices n hospitality. the sales was unbelievably low I will definitely be coming back and referring them 👉🏼 M&J fashionnyc..
Honestly, I only come here for the seafood place. The rest of the mall has really gone downhill. It’s nobody’s fault. It is sad to see though.
They went out of their way to get the perfume I wanted, Customer service is very good! I 100% will be coming back. Come check out MJ Fashion New York City,

Was recommended to visit this place on Main Street in Stroudsburg, for a wonderful wine and hard cider tasting -- it did not disappoint! I was the only person at the cute, and cozy winery space on a Sunday afternoon. I did a split wine and hard cider flight, and was offered a large cup of ice water to assist in my tasting. I sat at the back, which was nicely decorated like a comfy parlor. Such a lovely time-out opportunity ❤️ The recommendation was sound... I also recommend!
My only complaint was it said it was open online but then when we got there it wasn’t open yet. We ended up going to renegade next door and looped back to raw for when it opened. The cider was good and it was a cool cozy environment
Amazing experience in RAW Urban Winery & Hard Cidery in Stroudsburg, PA, with emphasis on their wine, cider, and newest offerings around coffee and overall service. You can treat this like something you might see in a premium lifestyle or travel magazine. Misty made us feel at home with her demeanor and decor. She will get you into karaoke or get you the most amazing empanadas next door!
I absolutely love this winery! The vibes are cozy, hip and inviting and the owners Misty and Matt are so welcoming. I had the best time learning about the history of their wines and ciders while sipping away on some really unique and delicious tastings. I highly recommend!
We had the best afternoon here!! Cannot recommend highly enough. The owner was onsite, super nice friendly and helpful. Took the time to tell us about all the offerings as well as the history of the winery and suggestions for local stuff to do. Customer service+++ Had some flights of wine and cider and we were really impressed with the tastings--loved the product. A perfect afternoon made even better by the fact that La Morena, the Portuguese BBQ place next door, brought food over that we could enjoy with the tastings. We just had SO much fun!!!
Night & day such a great place to hang out with friends and even just a date night! Their coffee was great in the morning, came back for after dinner drinks. Chill ambiance & fun owners to chat about winemaking with. 10/10 would come back again
Misty is beyond wonderful and inviting. The store is immaculate in the inside not only the place but the drinks as well and coffee. Misty always takes care of her customers and is very attentive to each and every one. I’ll be back for sure, please come support this wonderful business!
My husband and I had such a nice experience having coffee and tea at RAW, that we went two mornings in a row. Misty was so nice and accommodating, caring and did everything she could to help with wheelchair access, and she made the BEST London Fog. She's the best!! Highly recommend RAW!
