Adore this place. The vibe is modern and classy and they have the best sparkling wine! They do a chocolate pairing, and I HIGHLY recommend that. Love this place, and will return. They are NOT dog-friendly: that is our only downside, as we love our pup, and would gladly sit outside on the patio with her.
Sparkling Pointe Vineyards was the perfect stop on our way to the Orient Point Ferry—so posh and effortlessly chic! The bright white swankiness paired perfectly with their fun Brazilian Carnivale theme, making the whole experience feel like a luxurious escape. We did a flight tasting, and every sip was delicious. Our waitress, Kristina, was fantastic—so knowledgeable and friendly. An absolute must-visit for sparkling wine lovers!
Hubby and I had a nice time tasting bubbly, and enjoy some Charcuterie & Cheese at Sparkling Pointe. Beautiful vineyard, great for pictures and good service. We did two different tasting flights indoor, a table by the window with comfortable & elegant setting and bought 4 bottles home. They have really nice outdoor seatings as well, I wished the weather wasn’t that hot so we could enjoy the beautiful scenery outdoor! Definitely worth stopping by for some bubbly/light snacks and just chill.
If you love sparkling wine this place is a must. Coming from Europe we have been lucky enough to visit the Champagne region many times but the stuff you drink here is just as good. Lovely place lovely staff fantastic wines and even Christ the Redeemer is the back yard. You won’t regret going. Seduction was our favourite 👍🏻
The folks at Sparkling Pointe Vineyards really make great sparkling wine! They use the methode champenoise so they get the creamy, bubbly and yeasty characteristics that you would expect from true champagne from France. We made reservations in the afternoon and were treated to a beautiful table on the patio facing right into the vineyards. Delightful! Service was bubbly (🙄) the snacks were delicious and the wine of course was great! Great find since there are not a lot of wineries that do sparkling and for it to be done well is even rarer. Def recommend if you're on the North Fork.
We visited on Friday, and have visited several times before, always having a great time. The wine is exceptional, so no issue there. The issue was our tasting experience. Our server was not great. He spoke so fast, and quietly we could barely hear/understand what he was saying. He seemed like he was in a tremendous rush to leave our table/move on. When we arrived, there wasn’t even that many people there to demand his rushing about. We have had much better experiences tasting at Sparkling Pointe, where the server spends time talking about what we are drinking, the process, etc. This was not that.
This is a must go to establishment. If you are North Shoring and would like to enjoy a great atmosphere, then you will find Sparkling Pointe most enjoyable. The service is on point. They are very experienced in the variety of their menu offerings. The interior is very roomy and comfortable. Highly recommend 👌 and I do not believe that you will be disappointed.
Took my husband to Sparkling Pointe to celebrate Father's day, what a great experience. This is not our first visit to Sparkling Pointe, and they don't disappoint, they are always on point with service, wine and food. Our server Freya was fantastic, very knowledgeable on the wines, always checking in on us to make sure we didn't need anything. We sat outside on the patio with a gorgeous view of the vineyard. Looking forward to going back.

What an amazingly unique and greatly different winery experience! My wife and I visited over 17 vineyards in the North Fork of LI over our April break, and this is one of our only 3 five star spots to visit in the area. This is the go-to outdoor wine experience on a great weather day. The arrangement of the outdoor seating is like nothing I’ve seen at a winery previously, in the best way. There are great covered/indoor options too that make give a elegant bohemian living room vibe. As a primarily red wine consumer, I thoroughly enjoyed the rosé only focus as a refreshing and highly relaxing alternative to the other options in the area. The food options were great, and the warm baguette with herb cheese spread was the perfect mid-afternoon wine pairing for our day. This was one of 2 vineyard we earmarked for a second visit on our stay, and both stops did not disappoint. We are so looking forward to our next visit!
Wow this place has officially became my favorite vineyard to visit in Long Island. It has cute decorations and as a Rose wine lover, I enjoyed the wine tasting. I also loved their lobster rolls on their menu. I highly recommend this place.
We had a wonderful time celebrating our wedding anniversary at Croteaux Vineyards! The setting is beautiful and serene, perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine. We enjoyed the Sparkling Tasting and Still Tasting, and our selections of Merlot 181 and Jolie were exceptional. The food was fantastic—Provençal Basket and Lobster Roll Sliders were delicious and paired perfectly with the wines. Sitting outside with vineyard views made the experience even more special. The staff were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, making the visit truly memorable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a charming and high-quality vineyard experience!
This vineyard has a very relaxing, family-oriented atmosphere. The service was excellent, and the overall vibe was calm and rejuvenating you truly feel refreshed after visiting. Unfortunately, the food wasn’t the best; it was a bit overcooked, though it might have just been the timing. Regardless, I would definitely recommend this place for the ambiance and experience.
Wow, wow, wow. A-mazing vineyard!! Great atmosphere, great staff and great wine!! Food basket was perfect. Music playing, wine flowing. Super chill and super fun.
Classy and a refined hidden gem... Rose`s only. Beautiful gardens, comfy seating, small yet yummy food offering with your flights of still or sparkling Rose.
the absolute best vineyard on the north fork x100. we have been here every year for the last 4 years and look forward to it every autumn. great dry rosé and a delicious provençal basket
Croque was absolutely delicious! Add some fine wines and you will for sure have a great time!

My wife and I visited the Lighthouse today. The staff were very friendly and informative. It would have been nice if we were able to go up the stairs to the top, but it was closed. Nevertheless, the day was filled with the surroundings of the Scenic Long Island Sound at its best. Therefore, if you want a nice road trip to a beautiful setting, the Horton Point Lighthouse is the place. ❤️❤️❤️
Beautiful spot. We got there later and the parking lot was still open. Thank you. Saw beautiful sunset. Walked down long steps yo s gorgeous pebbly beach. Great wave action. Beautified stones and a lot of large broken seashells.
very informative tour, short walk up 27 stairs to get to the top, Connecticut roughly 13 miles across the Long Island Sound Lighthouse is open on weekends.
The place looks beautiful but it was not open as indicated on the website, couldn't even get in the parking lot and the town was giving tickets to everyone parked on the street if you didn't have a town sticker. They could have at least leave the gates open so people could park on the premises but I guess the town feels they will make more money by giving tickets, so sad. Those stairs though, they are a killing.
Nice place! With lovely people who give stories about the lighthouse.
I didnt go to the lighthouse on my trip here. We had a friends and family gathering o. the park grounds. It is a beautiful place with a pebble beach just below it. The stairs to get down to the beach are sturdy and strong but there are a lot of them coming back up i would suggest pacing yourself if you aren't a very physically fit person. Also the neighborhood that the park is in has permit only parking on the street so be sure to park in the lot if you are visiting for a while. The police were giving out tickets during our time here.
Beautiful park. Perfectly maintained. Should be five stats, but open to Town residents only. You can't legally park without a town permit and the main parking lot is closed when the lighthouse is closed. We kept someone with the car at all times. In the hour that we were there we saw about five cars drive up, look at the sign, and turn right back around. Too bad.
excellent place to visit and enjoy stories from NoFo past. a must enjoyed event with family and friends

This was our favorite from the North Fork wine trail. We felt extremely comfortable and “at home” while here. The place is family friendly and the owners are very nice. We sat on the back porch which is covered but the inside of the place used to be an old barn and it has such a rustic and homestead feel. There were picnic tables near a pond as well. Even with two little kids we didn’t have any trouble here. I’d highly recommend! The Winsome White was my favorite that I tried!
The Old Field Vineyards is such a gem for a quick escape from NYC. Just a couple of hours away, you find yourself surrounded by peaceful farmland, rolling vines, and the kind of fresh air that makes you want to stay all day. The wines are crisp, refreshing, and full of character, and the staff make you feel like you’re right at home. It’s the perfect spot for a laid-back day trip with friends or family. Did you know this vineyard is one of the few on Long Island still run by a mother-daughter team? That passion and care really show in every glass. If you’re looking for a little getaway filled with good wine, beautiful views, and a cozy atmosphere, The Old Field Vineyards is the place.
Wonderful personal experience with the owner. Fantastic wines. Unfiltered Sauvignon Blanc is exceptional!! (Our favorite vineyard visit on the North Fork!) We can’t wait to go back and bring our own lunch to pair with their wine. 🍷
Absolutely our favorite vineyard visit! So beautiful with a real country feel. The wines were by far the best as well. Our girls weekend was complete after our experience here, and we can’t wait to go back. The only mother/daughter owned vineyard in the area.
After visiting six other vineyards, Old Field wins hands down for best ambiance and best tasting wines overall. We loved the relaxed non pretentious farm setting. The tasting prices are reasonable and best yet, we could afford to take favorites home with us. Will definitely return, with a picnic next time. The wood stove is awesome for damp chilly days on North Fork.
Beautiful, peaceful, and full of charm. The Old Field Vineyards has a relaxing, rustic atmosphere right by the water, and the staff makes you feel genuinely welcome. The wines—especially the rosé and pinot noir—are excellent, and the whole experience feels unhurried and personal. A perfect spot to sit back, enjoy the scenery, and spend a quiet afternoon. One of my favorite stops on the North Fork.
My family has been going to Old Field for over a decade and we've always had great experiences. I was lucky enough to be married there this past summer and throughout the whole process the owner, Ros, and her daughter, Perry, were phenomenal. It's a family run business and you really feel it. Old Field is perfect for a casual drink any day of the week as well as your most special day!
Wonderful atmosphere. They had a few chickens running around. The wine tastings were very well received by my friends, and the staff were really so nice. They set up a few fire pits, and picnic tables, and several people brought kids for a picnic. It was a wonderfully relaxing place to sit on a cool October day.

A MUST stop! This is a great winery. Friendly staff, dog friendly, so many varieties of wine to choose from we enjoyed a red and white tasting flight. Snacks available. Lots of parking. Live music. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting and makes it very hard to leave. We plan on coming back! Highly recommend
Loved the Fields rosé! It is light, and lavender fermented. I can taste and smell the lavender aroma when I drink it. Flights are $22 for 4 wines. They have lots of white and rose wines. No sparking wine The space is cute and low key, lots of seatings.
I did a stargazing outreach event at this vineyard last night. To benefit Custer Observatory in Southold. It is truly a beautiful vineyard. Whether you want to view the splendors of our night sky on the North Fork. Or simply kick your feet up and enjoy a glass of Malbec or other fine wine this vineyard has to offer.
Been here twice now over the years and both times were great! The Twilight Thursdays with live music are a lot of fun. The atmosphere in the winery and the grounds are all beautiful, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the wines are great! I loved the cab franc/viognier blend. Only downside this time was that the food truck ran out of food, but that's not the winery's fault. Love Corey Creek!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Corey Creek Tap Room! We spent a Sunday afternoon here ( 11/10) and enjoyed a fun day with delicious wine and tasty snacks. Scott and Hans were very helpful in making suggestions and gave great advice on what to order based on our tastes. The live music perfectly complemented the outstanding vibe of this fabulous place. When it was time to go, I wondered two things- how have I never been here before and when can I come back? Make sure to include a stop at Corey Creek- you will be so glad you did!
Excellent! We go there every year, the froze with a Malbec topper is awesome 👌
Gorgeous gorgeous setting, serene and peaceful nestled in the vineyard. Truly delicious and very unique wines on offer to taste and great food options to snack on. The service was warm and accommodating and we ended up taking a number of bottles home. (Our favourite was the Coquillage!) Cannot wait to return !!
The " Nice Buns" food truck had these surprisingly delicious vegetarian sliders. The winery is so scenic it's a perfect getaway.

A fantastic winery to visit! This place had delicious wine, but even more delicious craft cocktails. The espresso martini with a lemon twist was life changing. The gin and tonic flight with 4 various fever tree tonics were great! We had two small children with us and this place was very accommodation. A must visit if on the NoFo wine trail!
Beautiful tasting room experience! The wines are all delicious and the staff were super friendly and generous. They asked us what we like and brought us over some additional tastings of other wines we would enjoy, and enjoy we did! If I were local to the area I’d definitely keep coming back to this place. Love that they have Claudia’s story on the front of the menu too. Try the Reserve Chardonnay. It’s her prized wine. Thank you for a lovely afternoon!
We came on a Saturday and had two flights, one regular and one reserve. They only have outdoor seating but it was a nice day. We love supporting woman owner businesses and we enjoyed hearing the story behind the owner.
The new tasting room makes one of the North Fork's most esteemed wineries a destination. One Woman offers a really pleasant experience both inside and out. The service is great and friendly, which contributes to the relaxed atmosphere. They also offer coffee and pastries at the new location of D’Latte. While all the wines are good, I especially recommend the Gewürztraminer.
Really loved this place. It’s small, super chill, and feels like you just stumbled onto a little vineyard in someone’s backyard—in the best way. The staff is friendly and easy to talk to, and the wines are great. If you’re looking for a quiet spot to relax without the big crowds, this is the one. Definitely worth stopping by.
Best wines overall I’ve had on the North Fork. Service in the tasting room was exemplary. Kind of a rustic European vibe. Their Gewurtztraminer was excellent as was the Gruner Veltliner, a real surprise varietal for Long Island. It’s not really one woman either. The winemaker’s daughter has a distillery on the property. I tried her bourbon, which was a bit young, but destined to be a real treat with more ageing. Wonderful experience and highly recommended.
The name of this place says it all this vineyard was started by a woman who had an idea of how she wanted to do wine. It has cute little laid back tasting room with knowledgeable sommeliers who'll guide you through your flights. I felt they had a nice selection of white wines. Not to say they didn't have reds but that wasn't my mood that day.
We loved it here!! The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable about the wine. We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend for those looking for a calm atmosphere and delicious wines!
