I was very impressed with my visit to the Potash Museum. I was given a guided tour and the history of Potash and the mining process was explained in simple terms. The exhibits are excellent and give you a feel you are actually seeing what is in the mine. The tour allows you to really see how mining and potash have kept this town going and how much it means to the economy and history of Esterhazy. The Museum is free but if you can leave a small donation please do. You also get to go home with a small bag of Potash!
Small but very interesting and informative! Tours by donation. A great place to learn about this important part of the Saskatchewan economy and history.
Not to be trusted. Closed on monday. Hand writen say to go to th information booth right next door. It dont open until 10! Like im going to believe that now. Call before going or dont go Waisted to much of my time already!
Great informative location to learn about one of Saskatchewan's leading industries. Highly recommend to anyone interested in local tourism destinations. 10/10. Had a wonderful time. The caretaker was very helpful and patient.
Nice town to stop at. There's a museum, park, flour mill and potash interpretive centre all together. Call in advance though- hours not consistent!

Very interesting Museum showing the history of Esterhazy throughout the years. The Museum is in an old, two story home. Each room has a theme. There is no cost to enter but they will be happy if you leave a small donation. There is an attached park with a beautiful old mill, walking trails and placards throughout the park. Don't forget to stop by the neighboring Potash Museum.
Well maintained museum with a ton of neat artifacts. Free book library outside near the entrance.
I visited this place yesterday. It is a good place to visit with family or kids. The scavenger game can entertain younger kids. Do not forget to visit the upstairs rooms as well.
Easy access, lots of information! Recommend visiting and learning more about the potash industry in Saskatchewan

Amazing! We were driving down a dirt road and noticed a building in the distance on the top of a rise. My wife and I chatted for a second trying to decide if it was church or not and I was right! :-) We did not explore the entire area as we did not have time. The church is the original built by the first Hungarian settlers in Canada and there is also a historic homestead and grotto on the same property. We did not arrive when the church was suppose to be open but a lady was there and chatted with us for a while about the property and then let us inside to see the stained glass windows, amazing! If we had more time in the area, I would go back and explore the other sections of the property.
Csodás! This is a magnificent place! I enjoyed so much to be able to walk inside and upstairs and where the priest lived back in the day! So very well preserved! So kind the place keeper, a descendant from one of the pioneers.
Interesting place to learn about some of the local history within the Church and the surrounding buildings of what their life would've been like. Would recommend if you're in the area
Very nice old church in the middle of the Saskatchewan prairie with history dating over 100 years.
My cousin got to have thee most beautiful wedding ceremony here!! ❤️❌⭕

Good food! Had a nice time visiting in the restaurant. I'll remember to come back for the good food next time. Love authentic Filipino food, wish there was more!! 😋
Decent price for a 9 hole course. Food is good and the service at the clubhouse and the restaurant is amazing. A very welcoming place.
I hate that I have to do this, but here it is anyway: unbelievably disrespectful grounds keeper. First unfortunate encounter with him was on the 2nd hole, where we were trying to take our second shot, and instead of moving off to the side to let us shoot, he decided to continue cutting for a full 2 minutes, while driving straight towards us, fully ignoring the fact that he was blocking our shot. He then parked 10 meters away with the mower still running and allowed us to shoot passed him. after this, he continued to cut grass directly behind us for the remainder of the course. Then at hole number 7's Tee off box, where we had to back the cart into a post to actually stop the cart, since the rental cart's park brake was inoperable and the cart had to be parked on a slope, we really didn't have another choice. The grounds keeper, who had again parked about 10 meters from the tee-off box, while we were teeing off, noticed one of 4 other posts that were already bent over, and decided he would verbally berate 2 paying customer's for not fixing the slightly bent over post. And then continued cutting grass directly behind us up til hole number 9's tee-off.
Absolutely love this course! Fun but challenging, beautiful scenery, great price, awesome employees. Can't get enough of it!
Great greens, good challenge with elevation changes and trees/water hazards. However Fairways are in very poor condition.
Course is in fabulous shape this year!
Great golf course, bar and pro shop are well stocked, food is good but pricey
Fun, challenging 9 hole course, good food and service at the club house.
