6/17/2024 Went here on vacation I will say it wasn't the biggest place but it has a lot to offer. I loved there selection of animals and exhibits they even had animals that roamed freely. I am so glad I went to this location it made the trip way better. We were able to spend time at every exhibit without being rushed.
I have been to the Bermuda Aquarium, Museum and Zoo and it was honestly one of the best surprises of my trip. It’s great… clean, fun, and packed with more than you’d expect. The entry price was totally reasonable—probably the only thing on the island that isn’t overpriced, haha. That alone made it feel like a good value before we even walked through the doors. The aquarium section has a wide variety of colorful fish, sea turtles, and even a shark or two… all well presented with cool educational displays. The indoor exhibits were air-conditioned and easy to navigate, which made it a nice break from the heat. But the real surprise was the zoo. It’s way bigger than it looks from the outside and has a nice, shaded walking trail with animals from different parts of the world. There were lemurs, tortoises, birds, monkeys, and more. I loved how close you could get to many of them… some even roam freely in sections of the zoo. It’s a must-do if you’re visiting Bermuda. Whether you’re traveling with kids or just want a fun afternoon out, this spot has a little bit of everything. I’d go again without hesitation.
The Bermuda Aquarium and Zoo was fantastic! I honestly wasn’t expecting to enjoy it as much as I did, but it was such a great experience. The animals were awesome to see up close, the aquarium was beautiful, and everything was really well taken care of. The staff were super friendly too. If you’re ever in Bermuda, definitely check it out—you’ll love it!
A really cool place to visit and well worth the admission price. All three places had really interesting information and exhibits. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely stop by and check out this hidden gem!
This place was the best attraction we visited so far. The tickets get you entrance to the aquarium and zoo. There are also some other natural history/Bermuda history exhibits teaching you about the island geology/nature and how human influence has progressed on it. This was really quite well done and educational. The zoo itself is small but well packed with a lot of interesting animals. These are mostly island life animals but there were also australasian and Madagascar exhibits. The highlight was that most of the enclosures were interactive walks where some of the animals were right there without walls between us. We got up close with flamingos and lemurs which was excellent. The aquarium was very professional and had loads of good fish to see including an octopus. The overall trip was excellent, staff were friendly and the place was clean.
We had a great time. Not a supper big place but defently enough to spend about an hour to hour and 45 min there.
Awesome experience! It was a short ride to get here from our hotel and there was no wait to get in. We went on a Thursday and it was not that busy, which we were surprised because rain was forecasted. We were impressed that this zoo allows you to enter into some of the animal enclosures and view the animals within their natural habitats (i.e. lemurs, monkeys), and in some cases with minimal barriers, if any. The entry fee was nominal (about $10 USD) and we spent about 1.5 hours there. The staff were all very friendly. Shout out to Jemico, one of the zookeepers who went the extra mile. When we mentioned we hadn't seen any lemurs, he offered to take us back to the enclosure and point them out to us. What an experience seeing them up close! The aquarium is on the opposite side where you can see the marine life across several tanks. There was an amazing large tank towards the end with a great variety of sea life including rays, barracuda, and puffer fish. On the zoo grounds there are some scenic views overlooking the water where there are chairs to sit and enjoy the view. The zoo also has a waterfront restaurant, as well as an outdoor children's play area. What a fantastic place!
This is a must when visiting Bermuda. Perfect for all kinds of people. It’s instructive and fun and you can really interact with some animals.

The Underwater Center was one of the highlights of our trip to Bermuda. Fantastic people work there. Interesting exhibits. The Bermuda Triangle exhibit was a lot of fun. Some great photo ops. Fun for all ages. Definitely worth the visit.
The best museum I have ever been too. Really fascinating exhibitions with lot of fun interactive displays. The shell and shipwreck exhibits are extraordinary and the 'Bermuda Triangle' section is awesome!
Enjoyed the museum. Staff super helpful and very friendly. It was a great way to learn about the history of the waters around Bermuda.
What a great experience. It's modern, clean, educational and fun. They staff super friendly and very helpful. A perfect activity with your kids.
I wasn't sure what to expect going in but I ended up loving this museum! There's a real mix of displays from a stunning shell collection to the Bermuda triangle and shipwrecks and the displays flow into each other well. They're very interactive with case files to watch and even a walk-in shark cage too- it's a museum that definitely works well for different ages, I think! They've also turned the lift ride downstairs to the Bermuda Triangle into an expedition underwater into the triangle which is fantastic with some really interesting undersea views (it is in the dark with some mild danger from a sea creature/UFO if you're travelling with small children). As this ride takes you down, just make sure you've seen everything on the main floor so you don't have to backtrack. There's a nice gift shop and an adjacent restaurant too. There is an admission fee and they do take card payments too!
Wonderful place to visit for the entire family. Lots of interesting information about the island but also about climate change and the environment. Super cool unique and eco friendly toys in the store. A place will definitely come back to next time we visit Bermuda.
Great facility. Lots to see and lots of information provided in different methods. Both my child and I enjoyed it quite a bit. Great location, an easy stroll from the ferry terminal. The selfie station was super fun, as was the shark cage.
BUEI is "out of this world" and I hope it stays there! At least until the Bermuda triangle exhibit is out. I'm not sure who this is for I would guess kids but almost every interactive exhibit is broken and when not broken they are so extremely loud I'm surprised you can't hear them from the airport. Check out any other museum if your an adult trying to learn about bermuda and take your kids to the excellent Aquarium nearby.

We walked up here - it was very easy to find. We came for the Fort and the views, which were stunning , but were amazed by the tunnels and the moat with so many massive jungle sized plants and such tranquil beauty. This really is a hidden gem in Hamilton and we highly recommend checking it out.
Small fort with great views. Free admission to walk around the fort. It was clean and maintained. If you like civil war stuff, check it out.
I spent many a day exploring the fort as a youngster. It used to be closed on weekends so we would climb down the bridge into the dry moat gaining access to the tunnels. The fort remains very impressive and there doesn't seem to be many visitors which leads to a quiet place to visit and an excellent pipe smoking venue.
Fort Hamilton is an incredibly beautiful place to visit! Walking through the moat garden is almost like stepping into the set of a Jurassic Park movie (minus the dinosaurs!)... such lush, giant plants and trees! The fort itself is a sight to explore... amazing to think about its history. There are gorgeous views of Hamilton and Hamilton Harbour also! A lovely spot to enjoy a picnic on a sunny, Bermuda-ful day!
What an awesome place to see if you’re a history buff and love seeing the way things used to be done. This place was really cool and absolutely worth the trip. It wasn’t a far walk from where the ferry dropped us off in Hamilton from the dockyard
Beautiful! It seems more nature/park-like than traditional fort, but it's a nice place to visit and has incredible views.
The museum is great, but the views are amazing. See the pictures!!
Great place to visit. Only small but some great history. Places to sit for lunch or picnics. The gardens and beautiful.

Truly a hidden gem! For only $5 you get the best view in downtown Hamilton. It doesn't mention on their website this fact so go inside the church, go to the office towards the front of the church and ask to go to the top. It opens at 10am. The views are great! The architecture is unique! The church is beautiful! It is a fun journey with narrow stairs to the top, enjoy!
The Cathedral of the Most Holy Trinity is a beautiful and peaceful place to visit in the heart of Hamilton. I didn’t climb the tower, but even just walking through the main sanctuary was a calming and memorable experience. The architecture is stunning — classic Gothic Revival with intricate stone details, tall arches, and lovely stained-glass windows that filter in soft, colorful light. It’s incredibly quiet and serene inside, offering a perfect break from the bustle of the city. Whether you’re spiritual or simply appreciate historic spaces, it’s worth a visit. A timeless landmark that adds to the charm and character of Bermuda.
Nice church...very quiet not crowded. It seems like they take care...big and beautiful gardens around it. I'm not sure if it is open every day for the whole day but I think I was lucky to see it.
The beautiful church is easy to spot in the Hamilton skyline. The church is a great stop for a look inside and to view the amazing craftsmanship of the building, stained glass and woodwork that make up this place of worship.
The oldest and prettiest church on the island. You can also pay $5 and take the 164 stairs up to the eagles nest roof, which has the best views in Bermuda. The steps are steep, but the view is worth every step.
Absolutely beautiful, a must see for people who love visiting churches and cathedrals. There’s some beautiful architecture and wonderful stain glass windows. I suggest doing the audio tour where you can walk around to different stations. So much history here and highly recommended!!
The cathedral was beautiful. They have an audio tour but unfortunately it didn't work for me. You can also climb the tower on weekdays.
This cathedral is beautiful and well taken care of. There is no a/c, and doors are open, but fans keep it comfortable.

A very pretty place was able to catch a mini bus to the caves. An the caves was amazing. The tour guide was amazing!
Beautiful city. Clean. People are friendly and kind. No real traffic
Lovely view and great crew. Only pay less than $5 to be on ferry. We bought the 15 tickets package only cost $3.5. Not too many people because Dec is low season. 25 mins from Hamilton to Dockyard. Check for schedule
Got us safely back and forth. It's kind of a bum-rush during boarding when it's busy. Comfortable ship and an easy ride.
Awesome city to walk around and enjoy the wonderful Bermuda weather. Lots of places to eat and shop. Already looking forward to our next trip back.
Gem of Bermuda, from naval dockyard the ferry takes 1/3 the time of a taxi and costs 1/10 as much! Cruises at about 32mph and gives a great view of the island. If you go around dusk you get a great cheap sunset cruise!
Beautiful town. Easy to find your way around. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend visiting!!!!
In the small beautiful island of Bermuda, Hampton is the capital city and has all office buildings. Not sure if it is true, that the population of only 1200 around out of 64,000 of whole Bermuda lives here.
