Due to Titanium status with Marriott, we were upgraded to a suite which provided room for my husband to spread out and relax. Dining at Palacio del Inka is an experience unto itself. The restaurant’s breast buffet was amazing, featuring fresh local ingredients and creative interpretations of traditional dishes while catering to a global clientele. Breakfast also included an a la carte menu for ordering eggs, omelets, and French toast. Circling back to service, the staff went above and beyond for us. When I developed a stomach bug on day 2 of our trip, the sent me a tea kettle and toast to help. In addition, they held our luggage for 4 days while we hiked the Inca trail and when we returned to check back in after our hike, our luggage was already in our suite (yes, they upgraded us a second time!).
