He’s very understanding, very kind, and doesn’t tolerate any bullying, racism, or disrespect, which I think is such an important thing to have in a church. Then there is the sermon, most often pastor Mark. He has an amazing amount of knowledge. When he teaches, the Bible becomes alive. Pastor Mark's sermons contain history, geography sometimes mathematics ( no algebra... yet). I like his sense of humor. This tele- evangelist preaches the truth from the Word of God. The other pastors are each gifted trustworthy and altogether there is a wonderful united team of leadership here. Honestly, I have never experienced this in any church that I have attended previously.. Everybody should find a church to love. I am safe and at peace here.

The church was decorated with lovely sunflowers, pumpkins and flowers for the occasion. Thanksgiving is a time to reflect and celebrate our blessed Saviour's sacrifices for humankind. A time of thanks. The sermon: Much of what was taught to the congregation was about marriage and divorce and was introspective. Some of theological historical knowledge. In my opinion going to church should leave one feeling that his spirit has been touched and lifted, hopeful and peaceful instead of depressed!! Somehow I felt that at the end of the sermon, we were all depressed! We did not listen to a profound message or teaching about the wonderful reasons we have for giving Thanks to God and reflecting on our own Thanksgiving for his bountiful supply of love, life and harvest.. Sadly I think we missed the significance of the day through the sermon's focus on marriage and divorce. It was a sermon which would have been welcomed and suitable at an evening forum for marriage and renewing commitments. In my opinion It was Not an uplifting topic for Thanksgiving Sunday! This particular Sunday should have been about giving celebrating harvest and givingsThanks, sharing our love with each other in community and outreach as Christ did!! The Senior Choir Anthem did a great effort but fell flat following the sermon with "Thou Visitest The Earth and Blessest It! A joyful, happy piece of music which lifts the spirit for Harvest Thanksgiving! I am very sad that this particular Thanksgiving service left me feeling sad, disappointed and stupified because I was expecting a Happy Thanksgiving sermon.
