Sharmistha was handling my case and on the date of delivery she was absent, but the others did not care to pack my saree into a box, they put the saree in a bag as if it was bought from a streetside vendor. Buying a saree worth a huge amount and then a blouse and them not giving proper packaging or behaving properly with the client is absolutely ridiculous and shameful for the brand image.
