Nothing close to attention to details, especially at the Breakfast, I had my breakfast at 10:30am (while it would be ended by 11am), no glasses by the water/drink station, no small bowls for soft bean curds, no soya dishes by the seasoning station, etc.. many more to be shared. When I asked the waitress for beverage menu, she roses her brows and said they don't have it and asked us what we want. This is NOT because this waitress has bad service, in fact, NO training is given to her, as she is not the single case I experienced at the breakfast, the hostess was pretty much the same gesture and manners. Food that I took to my table, 80% would be dumped into the trash, same as the other tables. What's a wastage of resources!! Overall, I had experience staying in the aging hotels of some big names, so what I am expecting from them would be their top notch service, but really, this is one of my most disappointing experience.

朋友开的Jacuzzi Party， 蛮不错的，房间非常大，有个可以4，5个人同时进去的大浴缸，有吧台，感觉就是为了趴体准备的，酒店整体比较现代，总之开爬梯是可以选择的

The variety of the buffet and ‘a la carte’ (included in the price) is amazing. I’d suggest to ask for the Dim Sum - we couldn’t stop eating those! The breakfast team is just superb. A special shoutout to Amber who is very observant and already knew our preferences (coffee, food) by our second visit - this made our stay very special! Last (but not least), the whole reception team is beyond extraordinary. Damon got to know our expected checkout time and we were surprised when we left the room as we already had someone waiting for us. Since we left early, they prepared us a take away breakfast which was incredible. Definitely will stay here next time!

感谢房型升级了一级，房间感觉很好，但是我当时提前打电话沟通的时候说了麻烦房间安排在长安街一侧，可是最终安排的房间朝南，不知道是什么原因，还是我的叙述有问题。总体来说瑕不掩瑜。

整体入住感觉不错，酒店硬件设施、选址及提供的会员福利均在平均线之上，远超Jen的酒店定位。但在礼宾服务、入住服务及住店需求询问上略显不足。到店和离开均无礼宾主动提供服务，在要求下或者寻找礼宾帮忙之后才有人协助。前台入住的时候，原先安排的是14层套房，但在强烈要求下更换至16层。这是第一次入住香格里拉旗下酒店，也已经在入住需求中提出，似乎非高级会员所以并不重视入住体验。入住的时候前台态度也感觉不够热情和活力，与酒店定位不符。有排队的客人插队也并未主动干预。 二五堂的饮食不错有特色，尤其是晚上的麻辣烫，而且师傅非常热情，必须点赞！但入座的时候没有识别套房客人，行政酒廊区分不大，没有人主动介绍行政酒廊的权益，同时buffet餐食区较乱，地板有残余的食物不干净，且接待的服务人员效率太慢，经常是外面的客人排队等很久。 不得不提香格里拉的App非常好用，点赞！SPG和万豪是我入住的首选酒店集团，此次第一次住香格里拉，认为此App的设计逻辑和用户体验优于同业。

第一次入住北京新国贸大酒店，装修时尚硬件良好位置优越，空间宽敞，看大裤衩景观视野佳。整个酒店前厅服务亦属一流，办理入住高效专业服务热情周到，并详细介绍了各项权益。预订部热情有佳让人如沐春风，提前询问到店时间及后续订单续住情况，此次入住北京新国贸大酒店一流的品质及热忱的服务给我留下了深刻的印象！在酒店服务同质化的今天绝对是一抹亮色！

前台工作人员如果打分按照100分来说，我只能给及格。因为她的工作让谁来做都可以完成，或者用一个AI机器人都可以搞定。并没有过多介绍酒店的设施和客房位置信息，比如到停车场最近的电梯线路，早餐的楼层，minibar的使用条件（因为之前住过嘉里，房间的minibar可以免费使用，所以我就固定套路理解本次入住香格里拉旗下酒店也会带minibar），另外并没有介绍酒店金环会会籍。我是通过几次入住过香格里拉、嘉里，才决定从放弃万豪的白金会员保级转到香格里拉，就是因为之前几次入住时会让我感觉更温馨。但是本次入住Jen，我并没有体验到，也可能是我预定的房型太过于普通的原因吧，希望香格里拉可以做的更好！

There are many five-star hotels in China but few rise to the true five- star standard. This hotel is one that has impressed me. Despite some initial unhappiness (a few ugly nouveaux riches cutting queues at checkin) the hotel’s management in general left me with a very positive impression - so much so that I am returning this afternoon for another stay. 1 my mother had a wonderful birthday celebration thanks to the meticulous arrangement made by Sophia and Bradley — truly outstanding service. 2 they had five -minute champagne opening event. We brought our child to watch it but of course she was disappointed not to receive a cup of champagne. I never expected this but the butlers (Sophia) even prepared a juice for my daughter. Such attention to detail truly goes above and beyond. 3 even the Chinese restaurant in the hotel provides the best service I’ve seen in China. Ms Wei provides wonderful suggestions and has been very kind to my family. All of these reflect a professional and well-organized management that I’ve rarely seen outside the Hyatt chain. I arrived to checkin where a slight language barrier meant my Ambassador Elite perks weren’t spelled out. The suite I got was not bad, slightly dated but comfortable. The aircon was weak to nonexistent. Lobby was a pleasant temperature and Beijing has been scorching hot. My hotel room displayed a constant temperature of 28 throughout the day and night, no matter how low I turned the control panel by the bed. As the hotel is fitted with down duvet and lined with down lining, I would wake up in sweats constantly at night. 4. I ordered room service twice during my stay. Once I ordered a club sandwich, after calling guest service asking where the food is after 40 min, the food was finally delivered. The sandwich was cut into 4 pieces, one of them had the bottom slice of bread missing completely, and the others were loosely put together by picks. Not sure what went on there. 5. Last but not the least, I noticed the coffee cups if not all cups in my room were never replaced during my entire stay. Which means either they wash it with water in my room and wipe it with whatever they had at their disposal, or simply just wiped the cups and put them back. None of which is acceptable for a Park Hyatt. I know the cups were never replaced because there was one coffee cup with a very distinct crack in the middle and I deliberately used it for coffee every day. I would then wash my cups again and wiped them down with alcohol wipes every day. There are observations here and there but those were the main issues I had with the hotel. Such a pity to see this as I loved the hotel for many years. But there are plenty of other great choices in the area which are newer if travelling, so will try those next time.

国庆期间的一次旅行，从沈阳香格里拉到北京嘉里。因为在北京行程很匆忙也没什么需求，就订了比较普通的客房，房号是1410，然后一上楼发现是电梯间边上。于是第二天早上7点开始就听到各种各样的带孩子的家庭在电梯间里喧哗。房间门完全没有隔音，我能理解这些度假的家庭一大早起来充分利用时间的心情，但是7点到9点半整整2个半小时我完全无法正常休息，充斥着喧闹。我觉得酒店需要在电梯间口的房间隔音上做很大的改进。

刚开业的时候标间一晚2000，现在不到1000,不知道是不是引入旅行团的缘故，一下降低了档次。他家位置虽然优越，但是门口隐藏在胡同里，这也太隐蔽了。不过，装修的很有艺术感，喜欢他家一层大厅的咖啡厅，挑高很赞，房间面积不算小，而且有个超大的衣帽间，跟家里一样，洗手间干湿分离，双台盆，比其他家赞的是，有镜面电视跟双喷头的淋浴，一定要试下。房间小吧台上有个子弹咖啡机，床头上有个ipod播放器，不过只适用于iphone4，是大口的。窗口放着一张贵妃榻，可以喝茶，看着窗外的东三环，很有感觉，他家的早餐也在一层的图书馆餐厅，个人感觉比午餐自助好，现做餐食有中式的馄饨，牛肉面，西式有华夫饼啥的，但是服务员不主动提及，需要客人看着桌上的菜单点。

Due to how booked they were and my late reservation, I changed rooms twice. Each of my 3 private rooms with ensuite was clean with a clean bathroom as well. The staff is friendly and speaks decent English. Breakfast is simple but enough to get you moving in the morning. WiFi only works in the common room and restaurant but has good signal in those places. The location is central in the hutong and only a 5 minute walk to the subway which will take you to any tourist site in Beijing. Highly recommend their Jinshaling Great Wall day trip even if you don't stay here. It was fantastic, relaxed, and done for a great price. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Beijing.

For their breakfast, it is a big spread to choose from, and there are different options daily. Although we are muslims, we can find Muslim friendly options within the breakfast spread.
