都说来迪拜必去帆船酒店，但是去了就会觉得有点不太值。 酒店确实是老了，1999年的，现在虽然看起来没有那么的过时但是很多设施装修和配件确实是比不上新酒店了。不过最主要的是花了那么多钱入住里面给的东西还是看起来扣扣搜搜的，热水壶也看起来非常廉价（！要按好几次都做不了水！到底是怎么回事呢？），很多东西看来去配不上这个酒店。 客房倒是很安静，床对着的房顶大镜子到底是谁在欣赏...一睁眼看到个人吓一跳😅 大厅里感觉比较暗，可能是别的特别亮的酒店看多了反而觉得不习惯，感觉多开点灯应该会更好一点，金碧辉煌也要够亮才能看到。 不过说到底感觉是被隔壁的皇家亚特兰蒂斯抢生意了，无论是酒店还是旁边的水上乐园，而且隔壁给的东西也很大方（楼下前台小姐姐说喝的额外的水还要收费，无语，这么抠？学学隔壁吧）估计明年吧，那个快要开业的酒店估计是搞竞争的，到时候看看。 还有很多餐厅吃饭还要求穿着，想吃的记得带好衣物。 哦对了，早餐非常不错！虽然种类不多，但是可以点的食物做的都很好吃，另外还可以偷偷要求他们做你想要的沙拉酱，真是为难他们了。 总的来说应该到此一游，但是不太值这个价格。

接待人员热情有礼貌，客房服务很及时，卫生打扫很干净，门口迎宾反馈及时，能第一时间帮你叫接驳车，早餐好吃、但不是很丰富。几年前来住过一次，但是这次蜂巢竟然都没有。

昨天预定了中午12:30的午餐，我们12:10到了酒店。进门后，LG层服务员不让我们停留，不让拍照，要我们上楼到G层等候。为什么不可以坐不可以拍照？进来不就是给客人参观的？ 上电梯到G层坐在沙发等餐厅开门，又陆续有两个女工作人员要求我们下楼等候！原因是公共区域的沙发是茶餐厅的！茶餐厅的区域不是已经围起来了吗？！难道酒店要客人站着等餐厅开门吗？？酒店就是这么对待用餐的客人的吗？这是帆船酒店对客人该有的服务吗？查查监控，酒店管理，请给我个合理解释！

I have never been a place that not allow Chinese customer to walk in the main entrance of the hotel because of wearing the brand logo of NIKE pant. They changed my visit ticket after seeing me wearing a long pant with NIKE logo. Yet, it is perfectly fine for other non-Chinese customer. It is fully discrimantion to Chinese people. I fully follow the tour attire standard of the hotel stated, but they not allow me to walk from the main hotel entrance because I am a Chinese visitor who wearing NIKE long pant. What a joke? 酒店有点旧了，毕竟已经15年了。但是服务，设施还是非常不错。不太适合出差来，毕竟在岛上，度假很好。

酒店房间很舒适，宽敞明亮，景观一流！酒店配套完善，水族馆很大可以潜水，水上乐园活动项目很多很刺激，还住客免费玩！唯一不足的是早餐只有一个餐厅，旺季时吃个早餐都要排很长的队。

这地方不太适合四岁以下的小娃 因为waterpark能玩的比较少 kids,club只开放给4到12岁的 所以比较尴尬 酒店本身是比较OK的 设施和餐厅也都挺好的 等娃大一点再来

沙漠里建起这么宏伟的建筑群，真是佩服阿拉伯人的想象力。酒店非常的豪华，设施比较完善，孩子玩的地方多，基本上，吃喝玩乐都不用出酒店了。水上乐园非常适合带孩子度假，玩上两天都没问题。服务也挺好的，有很好的水准。就是中国团来参观的人太多，吵吵闹闹的有点声音大

In addition the lights in our rooms flickered all night and we did not have water one whole night. When I brought this up I was offered $100. Not sure how this place equates to a five star experience. Probably better places to stay in Dubai if you’re paying this much.

I’ve done a lot of the renowned hotel breakfasts in Dubai and this is easily the best breakfast I’ve done here. The room was a very good size - beautifully furnished, immaculately clean and we loved our tropical green view of all the plants and trees outside. The resort feels like a green tropical oasis - it felt like I was on an island and was the perfect place to switch off. The gym is very big and might be one of the bettors gyms I’ve seen. The hotel is famous for Twiggy which we enjoyed but we actually preferred the family pool instead - it felt more peaceful, we loved the surrounding greenery. The hotel has a great choice of restaurants too - Thai Kitchen is our favourite always and the hotel is also a very quick walk away from a mall if you need to get anything or want other food options. We loved our stay here and would definitely come back again.

This is a beautiful, well kept classic colonial style hotel on the Palm. A very nice beach and pool where you are well looked after with snacks and drinks by all the staff. Balcony with two sun loungers. The rooms are bigger than average and are beautiful. The Club lounge is possibly what can improve in this hotel. Every staff member we encountered across our 7 day stay was lovely. The food was impressive. Each restaurant was superb, and the buffet had the biggest range I have ever seen. Calling it a buffet is a slight disservice. There are chefs cooking and carving, and there was an outside barbecue included most nights as well. As well as the facilities and staff, what set Raffles on Palm apart for us was the little touches and gestures that show the staff pays attention. Was woken on the first night at 1am by my neighbours and had to ring down to reception to ask them to send someone up to deal with it. The gyn timetable for classes is nowhere to be found so you need to go to the gym and take a picture of the class timetable - easy fix - put it on the t.v! Everything and I mean everything is a money grabbing exercise, cloud22 is a rip off and no priority is given to hotel guests, Nobu by the Beach is crazy expensive and you need to rent a bed. There is nothing that feels like it is included or special for hotel guests. Day trippers and outside guests get a lot more service imo. The rooms are beautiful and have lovely amenities. The buffet breakfast is fantastic. I loved room service and the little gifts left by house keeping. I think there are many improvements which could be made to make hotel guests feel privileged, important and taken care of.

Nothing was too much for the staff and their attention to detail of every member was impeccable. We booked a very comfortable King Deluxe room and it was more than adequate in size and very clean with the room being serviced twice a day. The Ritz Carlton JBR was simply incredible and encompasses what true customer relations is all about. The hotel it self is lovely in the perfect location be it beach access or to walk and explore JBR walk. All amenities you need for a luxurious adult holiday yet the team also massively go over and above to cater for your little children. Food was excellent, service on top form and hotel just lovely! This was our third stay in Dubai and typically like to try new hotels every time on any holiday but now we are torn. Why change! This is definitely a family friendly property, lots of families with children and many kid centric activities like the water park. Xva hotel is hard to find if you’ve never stayed in it. For a hotel that has been in business multiple years and that has heard their guess express the same “hard to find” grievance, you’d expect an action - maybe sending you a map with marked directions or a video walk through - even my nail tech has done that and she is a much smaller business. The entrance is beautifully designed/decorated, smells amazing and very clean. The pool is a decent size (no slides ) and a good sized adults pool (we didn’t use it as we have 2 children). A special mention to Borzo and his team who ensured we had everything we needed around the pool area. He is polite, friendly and kind and again nothing is too much trouble for him. Also Abhi, Raghu,Akram and chathura are really friendly, helpful and work very hard. All the team do a fantastic job especially having to work outside in the heat. The beach is lovely, lots of sunbeds, staff clearing the sea of jellyfish, sea urchins to ensure swimming in the sea is safe and comfortable. The view from the beach and the sunset 55 bar at sunset is absolutely beautiful. Perfect opportunity to get some beautiful photos. For us we felt like the hotel was the perfect size, although there were probably lots of people staying here it never once felt too busy or overcrowded. The restaurant and cleaning staff are also polite and again make sure everything is done to the highest standard. The hotel is perfect for what we needed, a chilled relaxing holiday.

Every member of the team are superb, and the hotel, view, atmosphere and rooms are just beautiful. We always feel so lucky to be able to stay here and so love that so many of the staff we see when we come back are still here from all our previous visits which makes the experience so special. The Pearl Club is just such an amazing feature of the Waldorf and is another main reason we come back time after time. There is nowhere that matches this club in any other hotel. The food this year was even better than in previous years and the afternoon tea blew us away - best and most creative we’ve ever seen anywhere. Little details like free coffee and tea time, premium amenities such as facial cleanser, or cool features like frosted glass for bathroom privacy make things interesting and fun. Very walkable and pretty close to the Dubai mall and other attractions. Truly took my breathe away. I had the pressure of attending Siro's social event which was the perfect balance of chilled and luxury. As soon as I arrived I was welcomed by Siro's Membership Manager, Leon. Who greeted me with the most warmest smile and give me a tour of the place.
