This is an old original railroad dining car from many years ago and they have done a great job of updating it. The trashes were all over flowing, the carpets extremely dirty and not vacuumed, the floors were so sticky by the pop machine, and the bathrooms were gross too and not cleaned. The bumper boats are almost back up and running, and it is great to see they already have new parts on order. The outdoor mini golf course was really fun and easy enough for my 6-year-old to enjoy without getting frustrated. One of the highlights was how kind the staff was. An employee gave all my kids a free slurpee to make them feel special. We also really appreciated the veteran discount of $8.99 off per person. Add in the tasty pizza and local brews, and it is a perfect family day out. We will definitely be back.

Had Ale House Mushrooms for the first Course which were excellent with the dips presented. Second Course was a chicken scaloppini sandwich with a black garlic cream and sautéed mushrooms and arugula on a ciabatta bun. My salad was good but nothing out of the ordinary. The garlic cheese bread was phenomenally awesome. It was soft, hot, and cheesy--the marinara dip was nice and rich and complimented it very well. My spaghetti arrived picturesque-like and they did a great job keeping my 2 sauces separate. The noodles were perfectly tender--al dente to a T. The Mizithra Cheese and Browned Butter sauce is so flavorful. Although not really saucy, it's my first choice if I'm not feeling saucey. The melding of flavors explodes your mouth with tasty goodness. It almost reminds me of a dry white Alfredo. Let's not forget about the marinara sauce with its rich robust tomato flavor blended with just the right amount of spices. I thoroughly enjoyed my spaghetti plate and ate it all. Boo for no leftovers lol. My friend said hands down it was the best lasagna he's had in years. Because everything we ate was so flavorful, he said the meatballs were great but pretty ordinary. The spumoni scoop of ice cream for dessert hit the spot. I love pistachio and it had a good pistachio taste and enjoyed the 3 distinct flavors versus all 3 flavors just blending into weirdness. Scott was a friendly server, checked on us at all the right times, and overall added a nice vibe to our dinner. We left so full I think I waddled outta there haha. We'll definitely be back!

The “new” girl working the counter needs an exponential amount of more training, she’s clueless and I can tell she gets on her coworkers nerves. She needs more customer service training, more shop knowledge, and just a better attitude all together. She gives the impression of the owners daughter that can’t get fired. Lol The couple of times I went in and the girls “kind of” knew what they were doing were the best, my donuts and drinks came out how they are advertised. They are cooked and made to order; so it does take time that they don’t care to tell you about (about 10-30mins). I’ve order the same type of drink and it came out looking and tasted differently every visit. I’ve paid for various sizes and received the drink in the same cup. Overall, the food IS delicious but there is zero consistency between visits. Most were disappointing, knowing the capabilities that this shop has. The complaints are within the customer service and management, NOT the potential product that they could provide. Thank you for coming to my Ted talk. :)

You used to see little businesses like this in residential areas. A hidden in oasis that only people in the neighborhood would know about or go to. And this place feels like that.
