我在沙巴最喜欢去的购物广场之一。这里应有尽有，有超市，书局，电影院，咖啡店，服装店，很多学生以及家庭都会来这里逛街购物。附近便是Gaya Street，旁边走一段路便是海边了。
exist system 真的很lansi，每次如果over9点，要出到路口一定超过1个小时多的，每次都是这样，再是这样都不来看戏的！
最爱就是节庆多人热闹 亚庇逛街购物选择之一 也靠近码头海边 还有Gaya Street
真的很差劲。。每次稍微迟一点，在parking这里就可以等一小时以上。不知道是machine的问题还是什么，有关当位其实应该需要人员来维持顺畅。就好像现在在原地20分钟了，一动也不动。

一个宽敞舒适的购物中心一里面的手表衣服一鞋子都比较高级.每天中午12点开始然后是2点4点6点8点应该是最后一场.都有在正门口跳迎宾舞.大约20分钟.非常有意思.我相信有关当局用了不少心思来建立这一场舞蹈演员.

KK最好的商场，内部配套应有尽有。外面还有很多好逛的小店，喜欢这里。

除了室内3楼有food court 各式各样f&b也在LG 户外可以坐坐 也有吃的nandos seoul garden souled out等
珊珊，俊伟，小芳，祺毅，蒋小姐， 非常友善，待人真诚有礼。服务态度极好。勤奋工作。
imago ShoppingMall ， 除了逛街外，楼上也有住宿，整间出租，如果是一家人出来旅游到亚庇，两天三天可以考虑住这些一套的，活动空间也比较大，舒适度相较酒店当然没有那么高级，但更自在一些，楼下的imago mall 有电影院，衣服鞋子，模型，小型打电动的，书局，手机店，甜品店等，应有尽有👍👍也很新。
Mall很多商店广寬热闹，楼上住宿视野好，能見河口小舟鱼游，房宿洁净明亮，接近市区。

还好有个在外面的厕所是免费，老跑厕所的人，一次50仙那样给吃力不讨好，应该免了给厕所的钱，大家也会很乐意来逛街购物，还是物价有些高，所以没什么人，地方环境很干净舒适，就是选择不是很多。
这个商场1楼的厕所要收现金，0.5马。进去之前不会提醒你，出来之后会拦着不让你走。
这里是蛮久的历史购物中心…
里头设有大概300多个当地供应商…
颇具古风的商场，上面有一家咖啡店里的东西挺好吃。
今非昔比😙，以前是人潮拥挤，而今小貓二，三隻，买衣服不能试穿，不适合又得到回去换店員知道要换脸色立即变黑不高兴 😫，就是文华服装店，决定要买吋店员嬉皮笑脸，换时比向她讨錢还要臭，以后再不会去光顾 😫最好是关门大吉！
这一间大型wisma己经有三拾年历史到至今还是生意不错的好经營埸所，相信是在市中心的关係！四周圍有酒店及小商场，还有近海堤及遊客集中地，相信是主要原因吧。
冷气足够冷，从来不让我失望。 😂 差在food court食物选择少。是沙巴第一代的购物商场，服装还不错。

沙巴亚庇特产，来自甘肃拉面师傅娶了当地穆斯林，一起在太平洋广场底层经营一家“兰州拉面”馆，在沙巴这里有个威武的名头名叫“功夫拉面”（Kung Fu Ramen）。
你看哪面团，圆鼓呼噜地，经过拉面师傅的翻云覆海，左右开弓，细长的面条索然成型，或是毛细、细面、二细、三细、二柱子、信手拈来，随心所欲。还有扁形面，韭叶、毛韭叶、大宽、薄宽。
店里位置也是隐蔽，藏匿在美食广场之中，不仔细看，真的也是错过。这在四川话来说就是“苍蝇馆子”，位置是一点都不舒服，食客与食客之间都是亲密接触，价格经济实惠，一碗牛肉面只需要十块钱马币，管饱。
吃饱喝足后，我这一副天生的“味精探测舌头”，开始口干舌燥，看来味精下手重了，得喝好几杯水来冲淡味精口渴。
菜单上基本和中国兰州拉面馆同款同价（除了RM和RMB的差别之外）最经典款是牛肉汤面。其他的是各种小炒盖浇面/饭。
兰州拉面是全民小吃，老少咸宜，尤其对学生族上班族来说，除了食堂饭菜以外，兰州拉面就是备选。
若是要体验与穆斯林友族同食，来这里就餐不失为体验当地文化一种途径。意想不到的是，大多穆斯林同胞会用筷子吃面，大家和乐融融吃着，来自中国穆斯林手拉的面条，妻子浇灌的牛肉汤头，洒下香菜，油辣椒，不禁想起在中国留学的点滴…..
街头巷尾都布满了兰州拉面馆。在中国那是一个超级连锁加盟经营体。若要开兰州拉面馆需要是穆斯林，还需要各种手续办理，兰州拉面产业链，可见中国穆斯林实在不容小觑。
学生时代还曾经带着国贸部访外官员到当地兰州拉面馆吃饭，当地面馆老板还不忘给来自马来西亚代表团的我们端茶送小菜，热情款待，记忆犹新。中马穆斯林一家亲。
己老旧，但它是一般五十多岁以上人們的记忆，里面还是應有盡有，还有保齡球场，戲院，于市中心。
这里的人口比较杂，但是可以找到很多奇奇怪怪的物品。
这间centre point 在沙巴亚庇來説，有一定历史經过，这间大型購物中心，什么货品，玩具，鞋或衣裤之類酒店，银行，电商，小食或本地美食要什么有什么（全方位，）対我们亚庇附近的居民耒説,真是購物及享受美食的好地方，但！那边走廊太多外來人及无业可怕的搶或小偷，要小心錢财。

第一次上停车场，感觉恐怖，通往商场的电梯没开动就算了，还摇摇摆摆的，就像要脱开一样。绕开电梯想要从楼梯下，结果黑黑一片，手指都看不见，吓到关门。找到升降机结果一样没开动。绕了一圈结果还是还停车费马上离开，恐怖的印象。
这个百货公司已经没开千万别再去，我是游客不知道傻傻的上去了，没停1分钟没了停车费Rm3，百货公司已关闭为什么这个付款的还在动行中？

不很大的商场 感觉很多华人爱逛这里 有cck grocery 也有戏院 中间走道到大门口经常摆exhibition roadshow
除了室内 四周也有出口 室外有很多好吃好喝的f&b salon 还有个level up健身中心
最近也刚开个big pharmacy
已有多次在这商场购物，疫情逐渐好转后，目前有更多家店铺恢复正常营业，也有新的店商驻扎在商场里。逛书店、星巴克咖啡馆是首选，然后是超市、药妆店和餐厅。
就比較喜欢逛这間商场觉的人流没这么雜要買的東西也好找吃也方便多選

地面上停车比较困难，地下车库停车比较方便，而且费用比较低（RM2)。新换老板的超市很好，货多新鲜。
这间算是中形購物市场，和普通的在亚庇購物市场没什分别，卖场不是很完善或完整，但不知为何！每到六点多晚上特别多車及人，不知为什么？每天如是，假日还更多，像我这些本地人不会在假期或晚间去消费，通常在早上十点多左右去最合适。

This shop is in the middle of KK Town and they are open till 5pm. They are selling local Handicraft and food. Quality of the product I think is better than the one in the market. They are mainly hand made by local indigenous people. Owner is super friendly and easy to talk to. They also helped to pack your items into a box for easy check in. 很多商户，没有开门。地下室有很多吃饭的摊子，一楼有肯德基麦当劳汉堡王，其余大部分都是卖手机的。二楼几个大型卖场，电器行。三楼，美容美发，一些小吃店。整个商场布局杂乱无章，可是也是最具本土特色的商场，没有之一。电器价格几乎是东马最低的，不像是在景区和海边的那几个商场，只是大而已，这里更全面，值得逛逛。

这是一间中型商业广场，位于一块狭小的前沼泽地上,这块土地上只有两间建筑物，另外一间是属于沙巴能源公司的。它离开亚庇市中心大约二公里外的最繁忙主要公路交叉路口。里面卖的都是中下档的货物，这广场的一个怪异现象就是人潮都集中在底层跟一楼,再往上走就没什么人了。所以管理处便趁势在建筑物外墙扩建许多摊位，是否符合法规就不得而知了。最上面是三层停车场。外面的空地还有更多停车位。
This is a middle scale shopping complex,which is built on a piece of reclaimed swamp land. There are only two buildings on this piece of swamp land, the other building belongs to the Sabah Engergy Sd Bhd(SESB). Its distance from KK city center is about 2 KM,it is on the cross junction of the busiest trunk roads going in and out of the city. The goods sold inside this complex are of the low and middle priced range. One perculiar thing about this complex is that the crowd is concentrated at the ground and first floor,further up there are very few customers. Therefore on seeing the opportunity,the building management builds extra stalls attaching to the exterior walls of building to cater for the trend. Whether it is in confirmance of the regulations? No idea. There are 3 floors of parking lots at highest fkoors. There are also more open- air car parks outside.
