We had travelled by road from Ahmedabad . First off there is no place/room for the drivers. When asked for options nearby they just shrugged it off saying you can find out yourself !!! There was 1 small hand napkin and no towels in the room, after repeated requests we sill didn't get them till we checked out. The promised welcome drink never came . It was raining heavily on the day, we requested for umbrellas as we had to go to Ram Kund and we were flatly refused. The breakfast at the restaurant was very average, the eggs were so hard boiled they had turned black...tea is bakwass. Had to go out looking for a decent cup of chai in pouring rains and there were no coffee satchets in the room. Please don't book into this property even if its the last option for you in Nashik. One star only because there is no option of 0 or negative marking..

We (family of 4 adults & 8 yr old kid) enjoyed their great hospitality during our (3 day) stay there. The staff is cooperative and ensured we had a comfortable stay (special mention of Rohan Barve and staff who took great care of us). They also offer valet parking service which is great and the parking staff is also friendly. We all loved the tasty and variety available in their daily breakfast (to mention a few Chole-Puri, mix veg Paratha, Kheer, Puri-Aloo sabji, Soft idli-chutney-sambar, lovely Modak, Kothimbir wadi, Alu wadi, Sabudana khichdi, etc). The interiors are tasteful. I travelled with family and these guys kept my "super active" kids engaged. They have multiple activities everyday that didn't make him miss the lack of out door play equipments. The food and the spread was great too. But the real kudos goes to the helpful staff. Being on a wheelchair and with a super active kid can be tiresome but these guys helped me beyond words, that too with a smile. The property was hosting a wedding, and because of that, none of the staff were willing to attend to us. Every request was ignored as the entire focus was on the wedding guests. Open parking with gaurd is available for like 9-10 cars. Location is good on service road and near to devotional places(other than trimbakeshwar. Secondly I had requested for non smoking rooms but still saw ash trays in my room not sure why, the rooms didn't smell for sure but again why the ash trays! Lastly the restaurant served me one hot vegetable dish in an aluminium foiled basket not sure why and the bhakri was horrible. The restaurant was clean and food was tasty and edible for sure but the aluminium serving ruined my experience. Will prefer to stay again if these minor issues are rectified. Taj property have always been a different experience. I had been there on 17th September 2025 for Lunch with my Family as we visited the Ganga Ghat. The warmth with which Riya served us the food, took our heart away. My parents liked the property so much that we extended our Holiday and post Check Out from Manas Resort at Igatpuri, we checked-in at Gateway. He was kind, helpful and very co-opertaive to allocate us the rooms withe the best view.(Thanks Saurabh for this warm gesture) At Lunch Lakshita served us one of the Best Kashmiri Pulao we have had till now. For Dinner we went to Panchratna and the atmosphere there was just breathtaking with natural cold of nashik, swimming pool view and old classics sung by singer (Forgot to ask his Name) made the evening unforgettable. Prasad and Rishi were very good host, Chef Taj Qureshi said goodbye to us with a yummy Badam Halwa. Next Day for Breakfast Lakshita, Deepak, Amol, Kartik, Manish, Yash, Aditya, Umesh, Akash Harshal made me feel as if I am at my In-laws place.Bhai itni ijjat aur pyaar to Wah bhi nahi milta. Parking space is good. Food is okay, many items are repetetive in buffet. Service is slow, specially room service. You need to followup for your order. 1 cup of tea takes 45-50 mins to arrive when you follow up with them. We asked for ice during 3 of our meals out of which 2 times ice machine was under repair. Shower speed is good, drainage speed is slow, water accumulates if you take shower for 5 mins - superior queen bed room. Opt for this over a 4 star, only if you get a very good deal.

It started from checkin. There was no welcome that is generally associated with Gateway. Formalities took way long and we had to call twice to get our baggage to the room. Also, as per our booking terms, upgrade and late check-out was mentioned. For upgrade it was mentioned that rooms are booked( which is perfectly fine reason) however later it was mentioned upgrade is only available if we pay extra. This was completely unexpected:( . Similarly late check-out was denied even though we could notice that occupancy was not that high to give 1-2 hr extension. Also while checking out no one at the checkout counter asked how was the stay :) mostly because they knew the answer. Gateway Nashik has a long way to go. Property is well maintained but ultimately people make all the difference. Not going to this Gateway again. Note: Radisson has a beautiful property opposite to Gateway and you would love that mostly because how they treat you.

The ceiling was dirty, may be due to rain, but still the mgmt would've taken better care of it. the geyser was not working, which again should have checked by the mgmt before allocating the room, I had to ask for buckets of hot water. The food was just ok, the onion uttapa in breakfast had only one piece of onion. Even there was only 2 options in ice cream. Will not be recommending nor re-visiting again.
