It is very accessible by metro which I recommend to anyone to travel to the meeting point. Julio dived into the origen, development, tragedy and rebirth of Medellín in a respectful, detailed and interesting manner. If you speak English, this is a great way to travel the city, learn about its history and culture and most of all, a way to do this in a safe manner. There is noise around, so be mindful of that if you’re a light sleeper. The WiFi in my room on the 5th floor was not reliable, but the wifi worked well on the main floor. There are coworking spaces and a common kitchen as well as a cafe downstairs. Staff is so incredibly nice and helpful. It was mainly a European crowd when I stayed! I did the coffee tour, guatape tour, comuna 13 tour, soccer match trip, and downtown walking tour. All were fantastic!
