Ordered two beanie hats, one arrived damaged, contacted the business and sent photos. Response got back was apologetic and to send back fair enough. But means I need to take time out to go post office, ask for tracked post and at cost to me which would be refunded upon return. So a lot of messing about when they could easily email me a prepaid label or QR Code to use at post office or even attach it on delivery note with order.
