This makes me want to drink as little as possible here and pregame somewhere else. Ok....then I check out the rooms where there was music and it was a fun atmosphere. Music was good. There where a lot of people here and everyone seemed to be having a good time. I'll consider coming back in the future, after pregaming at another bar.

At 9AM I sprinted to Belvederes only to realize they dont open this early so I pitched a tent and bought a buffalo chicken pizza at the nearby pizza place. oh god belvederes deserves extra stars for having a pizza place that good nearby. The second the bar opened I did get yelled at by the barman cause he was swimming at work (whatever that means?) but my jacket was still there! And that jacket is important to me as I first wore it at my baptism in Odesa. Thank you Belveders for guarding my possession with your life.

I also got their veggie dinner dish, which that day, was curry flavored rice with vegetable pakodas (which is batter fried fritters). The pakodas were excellent but the rice was quite flavorless and bland. I wish we could've just gotten another portion of just the pakodas!! I'm also not sure that the crispy pakodas and rice which is quite dry go together as a combination. The rice definitely needed a sauce or something that could offset its dryness. I get the feeling that their Sunday dinner can be hit or miss. But they only reveal the dish a couple of hours before they open and you're going to have to take that chance if you want to try it. Brillobox often also hosts a lot of music events which seem like a lot of fun and could perhaps make up for the food being so-so. I'm going to give Brillobox one more shot before I make up my mind.

The space worked well for that performance. My only complaint is that the doors opened @ 3pm - just 90 min before showtime, and everyone who came in wanted to order food & drinks. Fortunately, it was a very patient crowd, but food was being delivered to tables during the first act of the performance by servers who walked right in front of me to do this. If the doors had opened @ 2:00, allowing more time for lunches to be prepared & served before the entertainment begins, I know that I would have enjoyed the whole experience much more. I didn’t like having to eat my food while trying to watch the live performance for which I had come to the Linden Grove. Giving more restaurant time would also help the kitchen & waitstaff do their job without frenzy. I hope the Linden Grove will host more entertainment like the original musical I saw that day. Having been to a myriad of comedy shows, I know the etiquette, don't heckle, keep conversations between your friends low if needed at all and don't be obnoxious. Having followed all these rules we still were told to keep it down even though all we were doing was laughing, I was in hysterics at some point because the comedian was HILARIOUS, and it was nothing crazy, I didnt have some insane laugh (in fact there was a man sitting behind us who had a far louder laugh than us) just was having the time of my life as I just got through a really stressful time in my life and was enjoying a night out. We didn't complain about the 2 item minimum and in fact ended up spending almost $200. But despite all this an attendant comes over and says "hey I know you're having a good time but we need you to keep it down"....so apparently there are conditions to laughing and you can only do so at certain levels, it certainly shut us up for about 10-15 min of the show and put a terrible damper on the mood we had, I just felt completely belittled and targeted for no reason, maybe because we were laughing at jokes that no one else was getting or were too disgruntled to get, I don't know but having been to many of comedy shows I've NEVER been told to keep my laughter down, that's the whole point of a COMEDY show! And I understand if you have some kind of attention-seeking obnoxious laugh that was not the case at all!! I wish we could have told the comedian that they're going around telling people not to laugh hard. I believe after that the comedian was referring to us when he had made a joke and glanced back to look at our faces and we were just stone cold and he ended up making a bit about it, wish I could have told him what happened. So then we VERY POLITELY talk to the manager about it after the show and just ask him what the problem was and why aren't we able to laugh at a comedy show? Right away he caught a major cocky attitude loaded with supreme being energy and proceeds to say "well.....I highly doubt it was just because you were laughing" among a variety of other defensive insults he hurled as well. So instead of apologizing and saying hey sorry if our staff got it wrong we really appreciate you coming out and spending $300 to come to our venue, especially in this economy, he proceeds to basically calling us liars. We were on our way out the door we weren't causing a huge scene we were just talking to him, so there was no reason why he couldn't save two customers by just saying, hey we appreciate your business we might have picked on you wrongly but we hope you still had a good time and come back and see us but with that big head of his it's going to take a while for unsatisfied customers to catch up to their business but when it does it's going to be bad for them. You can't just treat customers like you could care less if they come back or not ESPECIALLY in this economy and in the service industry you can't just have a take it or leave it attitude, I've worked a lot of years in the service industry and most of the time you have to act in line with the customer is always right unless they are being stupidly obnoxious, which we were not at all. We will not be back which sucks because the show itself was fantastic, but whoever owns this business is in for a rude awakening if you keep that manager around. I can't imagine working for that type of person.

Also sleep theory was awesome, but just overall had a great experience at the venue and would go back for other shows.

I am disabled and going to concerts are tricky but the venue staff was truly incredible and the best ADA accomodations I have ever had! The ADA seating is in the front off to the side so you can see and I was able to lean against the stage to stand for a bit. They escorted me in and out of the venue through a door that I didn't have to climb the steps which was awesome as my legs were causing me a lot of trouble that day. And most of all the food was upstairs so someone (I believe his name was Anthony, huge shoutout to him!) took my order and went upstairs to get it for me so I wouldn't have to face the steps. I didn't get the name of the person who was working the ADA section but they were incredible as well and so helpful! I truly am so appreciative and blown away by the staff and their help, I have been to over 100 concerts and this was the best ADA I have seen from a venue! Thank you!

If that's something you enjoy, maybe check this place out, but it does get somewhat loud and crowded at the bar. We got there at 10pm. On 2 other clients. We were greeted by a cocktail waitress to get us drinks. Nice job!!! My drink was spot on!! Unfortunately wife’s wasn’t. Unfortunately for what you charge you really need quality mixers(pineapple juice). The waitress and bartender definitely went out of their way to make the wife happy! They did succeed in the end. AMBER WE LOVE YOU!!!! Thanks for everything! Now on to the rest of the club. We stayed 2 hrs and only had the waitresses visit the table. There is some talented dancers which was nice. We sat at the stage for a few but again just like the rest of the PITTSBURGH clubs no one came to visit! Most of the girls hung by the bar on their phones. The place is very clean and has great potential but just wasn’t a good experience.
