I actually read the reviews on this place before ordering because I had trouble picking an entree and stumbled upon the review where one customer got not one but two undercooked orders of the fish and chips…needless to say, I gave the restaurant the benefit of the doubt and ordered the salmon anyways, but was sadly disappointed. Our server and the atmosphere was great and all of my friends’ food looked good so I’d still recommend coming here, but steer clear of any dishes where your fish/meat might be undercooked.

After checking the numerous emails with the food and beverage director containing the contract and all the details and showing these to the hostess, they apologized and got our party sat. They even had to move other patrons out of the loft we had reserved. While the staff on-site were great and did their best (seriously I do not place any blame on them and they were extremely helpful in this situation) you can imagine how frustrating this is for something so meaningful. Love the decor, it's a whimsical and creative space that invites you to play. What I love most about it was it forced the kids to use their imagination and creativity in contrast to the more structured play you get when you go to a museum, activity center, etc.
