Y por último la última noche ha sido imposible descansar, ya que se ha roto el aire acondicionado y hacia una calor en la habitación enorme, una sensación térmica de 30 grados, siendo imposible abrir la terraza ya que hay un ruido de carretera insoportable y ruido de gente chillando, además es una primera planta y miedo a que se colara alguien por la terraza. Tras comunicar el incidente a recepción la chica nos dice que con 16 grados que hacia por la noche era muy buena temperatura para dormir. Claro que es buena temperatura, si bien esa temperatura sería en la calle , porque en las instalaciones del hotel no se podía estar, nos tuvimos que duchar dos veces debido a la calor y el sudor , ha sido un insoportable. Lo único que pedíamos por nuestra parte era una disculpa y ser empatico, hemos pagado una prestaciones bastante cara para el servicio prestado y la mala forma de contestar. Por otro lado , si suben comida a la terraza o bebidas a los jacuzzi, no se limpian hasta el día siguiente, por lo que si llegas a la tarde noche , puedes que te encuentres, todo sucio y sin recoger. Great side view of the beautiful beach and ocean this time instead of staring out to a concrete wall. Great breakfast and good dinner buffet. The staff at this hotel are super friendly and helpful. Location is perfect as there are some lovely cafes/restaurants directly across from the hotel,(Ship Cafe, Jamaica, and the Mexican) or a 5 min walk takes you to into the more central area. It is a beautiful hotel in a great location with huge balconies with great sea views and excellent staff serving awesome food and good value drinks. Our only issue was the thin walls making the rooms not very quiet, relaxing or private feeing when you can hear people blowing their noses or boiling the kettle. Also felt things like charging for water/safe in the room and no provision of gowns, slippers or decent size towels let a really lovely hotel down a bit and meant it didn’t really match up to our experiences of a four star hotel.

It was brilliant- the location was ideal, right in the old town and really close to the beaches but on a relatively quiet street. Check-in was easy and our twin room was really nice- spotless, newly decorated in a beachy style with a great shower, Nespresso coffee machine and really comfy beds. The roof terrace was small but a nice spot for sun bathing, although the beach is so close we opted to go there instead. Parking is tricky in Nerja but we found a space within a couple of minutes walk. Great find and we’ll stay again.

Every two hours need to click for another 2 hours and that spoilt my sleep as it would get hot and not be at a stable temp. The pillow was one long one which doesn't make sense. The ac hits directly on the face and that was very unpleasant. The rooms are spacious and have all the amenities and a good balcony to chill on. All moveable furniture need the soft pad put on so when cleaning rooms it doesn't make a loud screeching noise which disturbs someone who wants to sleep in.

Location is perfect. Everything is an easy walk. Easy to find. Only big problem is our street facing room is very noisy. Other small gripes would be that the WiFi is intermittent and there is no shower curtain so the bathroom gets soaked every time (even though it's definitely not a wet room).
