体验过新加坡两间park royal 这间虽然不如另一间出名 但是内部装修是一如既往的花园风格 一进lobby就十分喜欢 但是入住的三天期间发生了3件事 让我只能从100分打到60分 第一件是入住房间后发现遮光窗帘坏了一个挂钩 还好是最中间一个 可以靠另一片窗帘盖住 不至于漏光，第二件事就比较崩溃 晚上12点多准备睡觉发现衣橱的灯不会自动关闭 而且衣橱门是镂空的 房间熄灯以后衣橱的光照的房间很亮 根本没法睡 打电话给前台派人来紧急用胶布粘住感应器 说第二天来修 结果半夜可能是胶布松了 直接把我们亮醒 我们又自己按紧 一晚上松松紧紧亮醒了好几次 崩溃！第三件事是第二天晚上11点多回到房间 直接一个超大蟑螂从脚边爬到床底下 吓得我怀孕的老婆尖叫 再去床底下看 床底十分肮脏 我们也不想再找 本来想通知前台 但是时间太晚了 来抓蟑螂或者换房 可能又要搞到半夜 只能提心吊胆赶紧过完一晚 白天赶紧退房。最后离开的时候我们叫了车 很大的一个箱子也是我们自己搬上车 门口的接待就静静看着 相较于入住的时候帮我们拿的行李 对比强烈 以上三件事让我们本来满心期待的staycation蒙上了一层阴影 在新加坡住过很多家酒店 作为一家5星级酒店 在细节上如此缺失实属不应该 因此最多只能给到3星60分 希望改进吧

8/8我搭一大早班機到新加坡出差，在趕急拜訪客戶後回到飯店已很晚了，進房間把所有行李打開規位，準備洗澡時，脫光衣服一要進浴室就發現蟑螂cockroah和灰塵一起被丟在馬桶內，感覺真的很差，讓我懷疑飯店的軟體不行。 我穿起浴袍打了電話給櫃台，告訴馬桶有蟑螂，結果等了15分鐘後，出現一位講大陸口音的房務員生手來，看了馬桶內蟑螂把它沖掉，然後道歉的說是撒清潔劑所產生的，問我要不要讓櫃台幫我換房。我告訴他一個五星收費如此貴的飯店怎麼會發生這種事，我很累要洗澡卻這樣，如何安心住房，請大廳副理回電。這過程也花了五分鐘了。 結果15分鐘後，有位男性自稱主管沒講他是誰，快速的用專業快速的英文說完後（應該是SOP流程)，說要換房間給我，我告訴他換房間我要收拾所有行李，我累的只想洗澡，他說請另一人打電話給我，又等了十分鐘。一位說中文講話較慢的女性打電話來，態度好點且一再道歉，並說明要換高樓層房間給我，我拒絕了，我覺得很累不想再大費周章的收拾行李又換房間，但我不能接受這樣品質，等明天再看看。 結果隔天8/9什麼問候關懷也沒有，大概常發生蟑螂出現或覺得沒什麼吧！ 本來早餐吃得很開心，結果最後去拿水果回來時，找不到我的座位，因為原本座位對面坐了位外國人，而我沒吃完的餐和餐具仍放在桌上，害我站在那質疑很久也沒人注意到，這種不控位的事竟然發生在五星級飯店內。 8/10算是沒啥事，還有像住五星級飯店的一天。 8/11早上不到九點（之前都是接近十點時），就有人來敲門急促再三的查mini bar或收洗衣服的，當時我正在廁所，對一直敲門感覺很差。 最後8/12check out 時，櫃台照SOP問我住宿有問題嗎？我告訴他你的記錄應該有，第一晚的蟑螂，但櫃台的男士做勢打了電腦一陣子後，給我收據，一句致歉也沒說就結束了服務。 我要說的是這是個老飯店，老的不只只有硬體，所有SOP只是照規定做，不管客人的反應，做完就結束了。感覺就是你以後來不來或者這飯店對客人感受都無所謂或對華人有歧視（我新加坡客戶聽到時說的），總之，讓我對這二三十年來新加坡水準大打折扣，這只是個硬梆梆的冰冷軟件的飯店，已經沒有昔日五星的價值了，完全不推薦，我相信新加坡還有其他很多我住過的五星飯店，應該不會這麼掉漆。 （連最後一晚去試每人快100新幣的晚餐Buffet都覺得不會想再推薦）

我们一共12个人过来聚餐，环境很不错，吃的也很好。服务员Dorden很热情，我试了牛尾汤和牛肉，炖得很软，挺不错的。下回还会来试别的菜的！

这是我吃过的最正宗的印尼餐了。老板娘是印尼华人。我是常客。高度推荐牛尾汤👍👍👍

环境优美，但是Dinner buffet 的食物选择性太少了，－些日本寿司而己，而且都是包饭团的寿司，中餐也才几种菜式而己，意大利面一种，印度餐才两三种搭配，甜点和laksa还不错，其它的只有一两种口味的螃蟹，鱼类更是少之又少，少到都不好意思报数了。最多的就是虾，虾的花样吃法很多，－种虾，几种煮法，对我这种不是虾子的爱好者来说，简直就是没什么东西可以吃了呀。总得来说，环境很好，食物还可以，但是这个价，选择太少太少了。

早餐实在乏善可陈。前台服务人员很不熟练，该有的人手不出来让客人等。对老客人已经登记在册的要求视而不见。对房间状况一无所知。把充满油漆味道的房间给钻石会员。贵宾廊开放时间过短，服务人员冷淡漠然。

气氛很好,格局不错,安静舒适,食品略单调,比较合适青年聚会,不能要求太多,当然价格优惠也是原因! 可以考虑

急需提升服务人员的素质和培训，现在是问一句回一句，结账时问服务员就餐的桌号她也不清楚，一切靠顾客自己想办法。就餐席间去洗手间，两个女性洗手间都没有厕纸🧻，体验糟透了！不会再来！

可能时常到处公干的关系吧，所以觉得这家 Tangling Hotel Jen 的素质不高。饮用水，一间房一天只提供3瓶350ml。早餐时人不多，带位的侍应生动作太慢；早餐的素质也不高。退房时，三个柜台，只有一个柜台可以退抵押的现金。

酒店整洁，服务热情。 提供免费的当地电话令人印象深刻、意外惊喜。 如果说不足之处，那就是拖鞋的更换并不是很及时，需要电话来送。

Guess they just opened. A lady service staff came to explain the various tier of buffet to us. She was friendly and patient. The raw food was fresh, except for the beancurd which tasted it was in freezer for a long time. We chose the salted egg dip and it was really good. As we took the Deluxe set, we only got to try the chicken soup for hotpot. It was not too bad. Service was not too shabby. We asked to refill our dips and soups with not much issue. Their drinks were too sweet. Drinks and ice creams were also included. Overall, it was a good experience for us. Would recommend to try it. We would go back again if we feel like buffet.

Good selection, most seafood was fresh and tge staff was attentive. Do note that like the pagoda, there are tiers to the buffet. The basic is $19.90 and goes all the way up to $39.90++.
