Oh and their tasting menu has no dessert. Overall super super disappointing experience. If you are Filipino just go with zero expectations and maybe you will like it. The price to portion ratio is actually slightly worse then most highend restaurants. For such a price the food and ambiance should be immaculate, and I would discribe the dinner as "not bad" but I've been more satisfied multiple times. To be precise the acoustics of the restaurant are terrible, the layout looks nice and modern but you have to talk very loudly to be heard across the table, and you can't help but hear everyone else do the same. This was comparable to being in a cheap pub, which is definitely not up to par. The food service was good and so was the majority of the food. The exceptions being the chicken and the Lumpias. The delay between dishs is also rather lengthy, I would only recommend this restaurant to those very eager to try every gourmet restaurant. If you are just looking for somewhere for a special occasions or a date, I wouldn't recommended Humphrey, even if your budget permits it there's many other fine dining experiences that could be considered better.

The walk isnt bad. Hotel is right across the street from.all of your luxury stores. Then u walk about 20 mins and get to the center and the parliament. With the star review they have and price charged, they need to upgrade the mattresses. They are horrible and indented in and make noise. The pillows need upgrading as well. So to get a comfortable sleep, was a bit hard. The hotel maid was phenomenal. Sweetest thing ever. Loved her. The hotel restaurant, the food is actually pretty good. I ate a meal there which was the shrimp burger, and it was divine. Sadly, the comfrt of the beds didnt make the stay great.
