It completely pulled the dish together and it was absolutely amazing. The only problem is that they were so good that I had a harder time getting to the fries and burger. By the time I got to the fries and burger I was almost completely full. The fries were really good and they were seeming to be homemade sliced fries, but either way were great. Then I tasted the burger... wow, just wow. The flavor from the burger, was one of the best I have ever had. No sauce or anything else. Whatever they used to season the meat was incredible. We are from out of town (South Carolina) and we weren't sure where to eat. We were checking Yelp and Google reviews close to the Hyatt Regency and walked 2 blocks to check it out. As we approached, I saw the smokers outside and was encouraged that this place just might be the real deal. We asked several groups of folks coming out whether it was a thumbs up or thumbs down -- and they were all singing the praises of the wings. We smoke our own meats at home with a neighbor, and we have plenty of amazing wings and BBQ living in the Carolinas. And this place exceeded all expectations. Finally I asked about my order and although it was pick up time it wasn’t ready. Waited 20 more minutes and at this point there were 5-6 more customers also waiting on orders. I was pretty aggravated, to the point I was ready to leave. Then I had the thought well at least if I’m waiting this long then the food will be hot and fresh. WRONG! I drive the 6 minute drive home and get the cheese curds out and they are COLD. I just figured since those are deep fried and take the shortest amount of cooking time that they got done first and thus waited on the wings hence getting cold. I forgave that though and then opened the wings. They were COLD. Not to mention they poured sauce directly into the wing box and didn’t toss them like usual and just put them in the box. It was disgusting. There was a soup of sauce in all the boxes and it was evening coming through the cardboard and seeping on the table. Yuck. The wings were inedible. I couldn’t believe it. Overdone, no veggies, swimming in sauce, gross. As for the fries it was the same song and dance, yup you guessed it, cold and inedible. I am appalled at how poorly this business is conducted and I am seeking action by management to be reimbursed and hopefully resolve this matter. What a waste of time, effort, and $30. Do better. 🙁

It never fails, every single time I order from this particular location my food is overcooked or improperly prepared. This time they made our pasta not in the pan. I can't make this up. The pizza is overcooked, dried out, and hard. I called and asked to speak to a manager. Items were missing on my menu but on hers. We ordered our main course and our appetizer at the same time. The appetizer came quickly but we were disappointed with the portion size. You can go to condados and get the same thing for far cheaper. With the prices we paid we both would have preferred to have eaten at Emry.
