Its been our favorite place. Today we decided to bring my parents to try for the first-time. Ari was a great waitress but manager Kevin was very rude. My husband found a hair in his mouth from the food. His response was "Noone in the kitchen has blonde hair" but he was in and out of the kitchen multiple times WITH BLONDE HAIR himself. He was on the phone and said what do you want a discount or something and I said I want you to make it right my husband didnt even want to finish his food he turned away spoke in the phone and said no im not giving a discount. This man doesn't even need to be manager or work there. Bad for business. I did mention to my family i didnt want to pay because of how rude he is and As we were leaving he was on the phone with the cops and said something about us not paying (which i already paid) and ari verified i did. We waited a few mins in the parking lot for the cops but I dont have all day I will be contacting my lawyer and bank and ken assuming the other manager first thing in the morning. I feel like we usually have pretty good service whenever we come except for yesterday. Our party of 7 got there at 7:30ish pm. While the food was good, our service was awful by the “team leader” who was our waitress. Previously when we had her as our waitress, service was just ok. But this time service was awful. When we got there she just threw the utensils on the table, took forever with getting drinks and our orders. When she brought our drinks, she just placed them at the end of the table. She only checked on us once and we would have to get her attention for refills. It even took forever for her to bring us our checks and when she did, she threw those on the table as well. Was it because they added the auto gratuity that she figured she could just give bad service while still getting a tip? Might give the other seafood boil restaurant a chance. I have only been to this restaurant once and that was a couple years after they opened. I was not a fan during that visit so I had not been back. I wanted to try something different so my husband and I went back today and I can say with 100% certainty we will be back. I want to shout out to our waitress, Brittney V., who was literally one of the most genuine and friendly waitresses we have had. I was especially thirsty and ended up getting like 6 water refills. Not once did my water glass get empty. We got the Pepperoni Pups appetizer and they were good but the star was the marinara sauce. It elevated the dish. I typically like marinara but am not a fan of tomatoes. The marinara had a great depth of flavor. My husband started to ask her “Which do you prefer? The Manzo Pasta or” she charismatically cut him off “The Manzo, that is my favorite thing on the menu”. She said he could have said anything else and she still would have picked the Manzo. We were in no way disappointed with our entrees. I tried my husband’s Manzo and in my opinion it had some Cajun undertones. It was delicious. I got the Baked Chicken & Broccoli and I was also not disappointed. It had a more “traditional parm” flavor. For both entrees the sauce to pasta ratio was perfect. The one constructive criticism comment I would say would be garlic bread. It is available for purchase, but personally, I would have appreciated a piece coming with the meal to sop up all of that delicious sauce.

We’re so glad we stumbled upon such a fantastic barbecue place nearby. We tried the sampler, which included shrimp, ribs, pull pork, and sausage. I ordered an ice water multiple times and never recieved it. Another in our party ordered an espresso that took 15-20 minutes to arrive as we watched it sit on the counter for -9 minutes waiting to be delivered. The food took over 40 minutes to be delivered. I ordered the Benedict which was sat at the table completely cold. Not even slightly warm. I had others at my table try it to confirm and we all agreed it was worth telling the staff about. After pointing it out to the waitress I did ask for it to be taken off the bill but told her we didn’t have time for a new one to be delivered. She didn’t take it off, but instead discounted it 20 percent. The “poached egg” was a hard boiled egg on top of the Benedict that was also cold. The only reason this is not a 1 star review is because the waitress was friendly and kept the drinks full.

If I lived closer this would be a great hang out or coffee shop. The Barista, Mina, was very nice, answered all my questions easily and fixed me some delicious sandwiches to go! The breakfast burrito was my favorite, then the sausage egg and cheese and lastly the bacon egg and cheese. Vegan bacon is not usually my favorite, but I wanted to try it anyway. I wasn't a big non-vegan bacon eater before so that's probably part to do with it. I had not had a biscuit I could eat in a long time, and these were both fluffy and delicious for the sandwiches. So good I thought I would try the biscuits and gravy next time I went. Everything was reasonably priced averaging $5 per item, and it only took a few minutes to make. We ordered the biscuits and sausage and split a breakfast burrito in the cafe. The biscuits were so soft and fluffy with a wonderful buttery taste and flaky salt on top. On top of the food being absolutely amazing, the service was INCREDIBLE, with the owners being so kind, courteous, and professional. We are sad that we do not live closer because we would be stopping there multiple times a week for this delicious food!
