What is unique about this restaurant is that it is run entirely by women both in the kitchen and front of house. The chef uses local seasonal ingredients for the entire menu. If you want a Cambodian fine dining experience then restaurant is a must to visit. The chef is more magician than cook for one. The entire menu is vegan friendly (minus the duck egg), and he sacrifices NOTHING in taste or quality. Yet, once inside, it feels like a tranquil sanctuary. The customer service is second to none. Every staff member we encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely eager to make our stay special. From check-in to departure, we felt truly cared for. The decor and ambiance blend modern luxury with Khmer charm, creating a refined yet inviting atmosphere. Our room was spacious, the bed supremely comfortable, and housekeeping kept everything immaculate. Small details like turndown service and replenished amenities never felt stingy — everything was thoughtful and generous. The bathroom experience was excellent too — strong water pressure, premium toiletries, and a sense of indulgence every time we freshened up. What makes this hotel stand out further are the thoughtful complimentary touches: • A soothing massage session that melted away travel fatigue • An intimate cultural performance that brought Cambodian traditions to life • And, without question, the cream-de-la-cream buffet breakfast at The Dining Room — a lavish spread of both Western and local delights, beautifully presented and delicious in every bite. In short, Park Hyatt Siem Reap exceeded our expectations on every level. This is luxury hospitality at its finest, and we cannot recommend it enough.
