If you are someone with a handicapped placard, just note that anytime in the afternoon or night, you will not find a handicapped spot. The elevators were kind of jolting when it comes to a stop.But the atmosphere of the elevator in the hallways, and the room door colors was wonderful. I did not like that.There was no microwave inside the room, but they do offer a mini fridge, as well as one of those little individual coffee pots where you put the coffee tray in. I do not drink coffee, so that's not something that worked for me. The cleanliness of the room could have been better as far as the service members, sweeping up the room and making sure that the chairs in the room were clean. Do love the walk in shower though. The bathroom was really nice, but they do not offer lotion like most hotels do. All in all though, I would have to say the hotel is comfortable.And the casino is nice, but it is not non smoking. May visit the casino again, but probably will not stay here again.

Got up to the room, a double queen bed with a river view, just as promised. You can however see quite a bit of the rooftop below and AC units but you have a beautiful view of the river and Samstown. The sunset was beautiful and the sunrise on a foggy morning with people out there fishing was quite nice! As for the casino itself, it was awesome! It was huge and had a lot of awesome games, all the games you want to play and it let you play. Win some lose some. It wasn’t bad at all. My only gripe, and this is a big one, was the mattresses!!! Good Lord this casino was built in 2013 and I guarantee you the bedding is original. They were sunken in towards the inside where people would normally lay. You could feel the springs in them and they were hard as a rock! The covers were miserable as well. Very thin and cold. They were more like a weighted blanket in a psych ward rather than a comfortable, inviting bedspread you would expect to find in a beautiful hotel room. The pillows were awful as well. I was unimpressed with that especially for what you pay for the rooms and how much money that place has coming in. I expected a lot more because at the end of the day it’s a hotel. There was a lot of people in there, everybody’s drinking and having a good time 90% of them probably slept on the floor but if you are one of the 10% that enjoys a comfortable bed This place is not for you. if you just want to gamble and have a good time and sleep somewhere else it was awesome🤘 The machines let you play. Food and the restaurants are kind of bougie. Don’t expect to walk around and just be able to buy a slice of pizza on the go or something like that. It’s oyster bars and seafood themes, that kind of thing very expensive I did not try them. I read reviews online. I did not spend my money on it. Do your own research there all in all it was a great time because We did not leave broke so if you’re there to gamble and just pace yourself, enjoy yourself and play some games for a couple days…I did OK. The hotel was nice. No parking deck but a huge parking lot. The food there is expensive but there’s options all around. The hotel rooms are clean and fresh and the staff is wonderful. The beds are absolute trash!
