We recently visited Divtya Budhlya and tried the Divtya Special Mutton Thali, Chicken Thali, and Veg Thali. The food was definitely tasty, especially the non-veg thalis, which were full of flavor and variety.

When I asked for some extra rassa, they took 10 more minutes — even though it’s something that should be served instantly. And the worst part? We ordered 4 Special Mutton Thalis, each costing ₹500, and it was an absolute disappointment. The only decent thing was that the mutton was well cooked — but that’s where the good part ends. We visited this place for a quick snack on day 1 and was keen to taste Main course which made us visit on back to back two days to same place. I must say, food and service is too good. Only challenge you might face to park your vehicle due to heavy footfall of foodies. I must say even with such great number of visitors, management won't let you wait more than 20 minutes to get a table. At least we had such experience on consecutive two appearances.

We recently hosted a senior citizen birthday party at this restaurant and had a wonderful experience. The arrangements were excellent, and the staff was extremely attentive and caring. I visited My Udupi Spice today, eager to enjoy some delicious Udupi cuisine. However, my experience was somewhat disappointing due to the service. Even for basic necessities like water and glass tumblers, I had to remind the staff multiple times. Udipi Spice (US) has a large range of Udipi fare- dosas, uttappas, idlis etc. in the pictures are Mulgapudi ghee onion masala dosas, Tuppa Set Dosa, ghee onion masala dosa and Wada Sambhar. This review is for Patil wada restaurant inside Sanskriti. We just had amazing food. Excellent taste and freshly made. Lot of variety and unique pallate. It was a treat and value for money. I happened to land here on the suggestion of a friend. The food was so good. There are plenty of veg options. The place is so spacious and vast. There are shaded spaces, open spaces, closed spaces and grassy patches so you can eat at the place of your choice. They charge you heavily and accordingly cook very well and serve fresh.

The location and ambience were very nice, and the garden was beautifully maintained. 🌿
However, some of the staff members were quite unhelpful. Yesterday, when it started raining during our meal and we had small kids with us, we asked for an umbrella — but they refused to provide one.
The pure veg dining area also had no proper shed, so when the rain began, water started dripping from the decorative curtains directly onto the tables.
Despite these issues, the food taste was really good and the meal was satisfying.

This place may serve good food, but the staff are outright dishonest and rude. We had one of the worst experiences ever in a so-called “reputed” hotel.
We mistakenly gave ₹500 extra to the waiter. Instead of being honest, he quickly snatched the money and ran to the counter. When we caught it and raised the issue, both the waiter and counter shamelessly lied to our face. Despite 4–5 of us explaining the truth, the staff had the audacity to accuse us of lying! Such arrogance and cheating is unacceptable in any restaurant, let alone a big name like this.
This is clear cheating by the waiter and zero accountability from management. Extremely unprofessional, unethical, and disappointing.
⚠️ Warning to all customers: Do not trust the staff here. Double-check every bill and payment. Better still, never hand money to waiters — go to the counter yourself if you don’t want to get cheated.

Visited Hotel Hind kesari recently, and it was a very disappointing experience. Though the branding and ambiance look attractive, the actual service and food quality were far below expectations.
The service was extremely slow, and the food was served cold even after a long wait. The quantity of chicken pieces was very less compared to the high prices. Many items listed on the menu card were not available at the time we ordered, so we had to settle for whatever was available — which was very disappointing.
When we asked the owner about charging ₹27 for a Tata water bottle, he replied arrogantly, saying he “donates ₹7 to Tata and keeps ₹7 as commission,” which sounded quite unreasonable. He even showed a so-called court order to justify selling water bottles above MRP, which didn’t seem right.
The staff completely ignored us while we were waiting for our food, and the owner was busy blaming other hotel owners instead of focusing on improving his own restaurant. Other customers around us also looked unhappy with the service.
Overall, a very poor experience — Hotel Hind kesari seriously needs to improve its service, food quality, menu availability, and attitude towards customers.

Disappointing experience at Hind Kesari Hotel. Wanted to try the Assorted Fish Thali (2200₹) but wasn't available. Settled for Pomphret Thali, but it was a letdown. Got only one fried fish, two bowls of the same gravy, and the pandhra rassa was super salty. Tamda rassa was good though. Fried fish was okay, but not enough to make up for the lack of variety. Nothing else to pair with bhakri or chapati. To add to that, the thali picture in the menu showed dried sukat chutney, but when asked, they said it's not available and the pic was outdated. Definitely wouldn't recommend the Pomphret Thali. Service could've been better too.

The wait for thali was to long even when it was less crowded. Though food was good I orderd special mutton thali MUTTON was well cooked juicy tendenr but the taste of curry/ mutton rassa was okay okay it lacked maharashtrain flavors, spices and aroma. Solkadhi, Pandhra Rassa, and Tambda Rassa was not that good price wise it was not that good ambiance was also small congested although it had rooftop place they where not servicing there overall it was average and not worth the price. Hotel Rama Heritage is very conveniently located. We (family of 4 adults & 8 yr old kid) enjoyed their great hospitality during our (3 day) stay there. The staff is cooperative and ensured we had a comfortable stay (special mention of Rohan Barve and staff who took great care of us). They also offer valet parking service which is great and the parking staff is also friendly.
We all loved the tasty and variety available in their daily breakfast (to mention a few Chole-Puri, mix veg Paratha, Kheer, Puri-Aloo sabji, Soft idli-chutney-sambar, lovely Modak, Kothimbir wadi, Alu wadi, Sabudana khichdi, etc). Special mention of (restaurant manager) Tapas Majumdar who ensured that we had the best experience and enjoyed the food the chefs prepared with great love.

One of the best hotels in the locality, well known for its tasty food! I had heard a lot about this place and finally got to experience it yesterday — and it truly lived up to the reputation.
The Manchow soup was one of the best I’ve had in recent times — rich, flavorful, and with a perfectly natural taste. The main course was equally delicious, and after a long time, I had a dinner that left both my stomach and heart full.
The service was a bit slow, but that’s understandable given the huge crowd during the Diwali holidays. This place is quite popular, so expect some waiting time, but trust me — it’s totally worth it.

Cleanliness was duly maintained and tablecloth was changed every time a guest left. Hats off to them for that. Food was really great. Satisfied after having the Mutton Dum biryani. Surprisingly, the spice level is medium as against expected spicy, but it's good in a sense as it doesn't leave burning sensation.
Half biryani quantity is enough for a single person. It comes with 4 pieces, which were good, but 6 pieces will really make the mutton proportionate to the quantity of rice.
Raita vaati is very small but they readily gave one more upon asking (without any charges).
Solkadhi was also decent tasting.

Today visited this Malwani-style restaurant, drawn by its reputation for authentic fish dishes. The ambiance is very simple and unpretentious, giving it a homely feel. Unfortunately, some of the items we were looking forward to—like the Surmai fry, curry, Bhakri Pulao & Sol kadhi were unavailable during our visit. However, we tried the Pomfret fry and prawns as starters, both of which were delicious and well-prepared.
For the main course, we ordered half handi mutton, chicken fry, and Kaju curry. The atmosphere around this restaurant was good although there were not many customers but the chef prepared everything from scratch and served us.
We had a late lunch/evening snacks so we tried masala dosa, paneer chilly, veg Hakka noodles and tea. They also serve chilled thumbs up and sprite in the good old-school glass bottles.
The service was good just a little slow and they only serve vegetarian meals, quite friendly people.
