When we asked about the lights, were told that there were no lightbulbs (they are next door to ACE hardware...pretty sure they could have solved that long ago). No offer to move our party to another, better table (other tables were open for most of our stay). So we had to use our phone lights to read the menu. 3. Ordered our beverages and one was not delivered. After quite a long time, the waiter finally stopped by and we asked for the final beverage. The attitude by the waiter suggested that he though we must have consumed it already and were just trying to get a second one. nevermind that all of the other beverages were still mostly full as everyone was waiting before a friendly toast. 4. Finally got our food order and sorry but it was just not up to the level of the past. My entree was partially burned. Others were not great. We did not complain due to all of the other problems and we just wanted to get out of there by this point. There are so many other places where good service and good food still exist.. probably won't be coming back to this one.

It was quiet in there with only 1 couple at a table, but the time of day I went in would warrant that. The woman working there was very friendly and we chatted as she made my meal. I ordered the street tacos which gives you five small double soft tortillas filled with your choice of meat. Since there were five kinds of meat, I tried one of each. She made them with a little bit of everything for toppings, added some limes and habernero salsa on the side. The food was delicious and very filling. If I'm ever back in Scottsdale I'd definitely come back for another round.

I know it’s a Fresca pizza but the only thing cooked on it was the mozz and sauce when I thought the burrata and heirloom tomatoes would of been cooked too. $25 for a 12in pie is also a lot even for being a specialty pie., if I’m going to spend that I will walk 2 doors down to Virtu and have a superior experience, food, and ambiance.

The food is fresh and very reasonable compared to a lot of expensive crap in the area. Great beer selection, and the staff are kind and TRULY care about their customers. Kristen is an incredible bartender, server, manager and is great at ensuring everyone is happy around the restaraunt. The brats are obviously delicious and fresh, the fries are INSANE!! The process they do make the fries shows how much they care about their food. We stayed long enough that we sampled their cocktails for a trainee bartender and WOW! 10/10 cocktails I had no idea. We also joined their stein club which is a steal. $50 for a year and you pay for a pint and get a custom stein (we engraved ours with our name) along with 10% off food and access to fun events. Brat Haus needs more recognition as one of the best places in Scottsdale...but not too much because I want to still get a seat! We came out to Tempe on a whim today to try somewhere new to us. While I’ve seen Pedal Haus Phoenix location I’d never been to either until today. The location is huge. The patio is dog friendly and there is so much seating. The inside was beautiful. From tables to booths, as well as of course your bar seating. There was also a live music area though no one was playing Thursday mid day. We both decided on burgers. I chose their green chili burger with season fries and my husband the classic cheeseburger. Everything came out quick and was delicious. The burgers had good flavor and toppings. Fries were seasoned well and crispy. I ordered shrimp street tacos and it came with rice and beans. The rice was overcooked and gummy, the beans were kind of bland. The shrimp was extremely salty inside the tacos. We ordered the regular queso dip for a starter and while it was good, it had spinach in it and it tasted more like a spinach dip rather than a traditional queso dip...I asked the waiter prior to ordering what was in it and he only said pico so we ordered it...my son hates spinach so I wouldn't have ordered it if we knew. Food is incredible and portions are huge. I would put their bone in veal chop parmesan on par with Carbone. It was easily big enough to feed two people. Originally from the Midwest, we were excited when saw cheese curds on the menu, which were really good! Our kids shared a Mac n cheese appetizer, which was interesting for sure, good but not great. I have been getting the pollo con queso for over 20 years and it used to be massive, but every time I get it now it is smaller and smaller. Literally every single time it is smaller.
