Bajeko Sekuwa has lost their quality and authentic taste. Restaurant has no ambience. It is always empty. There were more staffs than customers everytime i visited here. Avoid their Mutton Biryani. Jhol Mutton MoMo, which they were famous is no longer tasty. For a place based on Sekuwa, their Sekuwas are just average. Do not try their coffee and tea options. Service is good here though. You can buzz the bell near your table and the staffs will be quickly arrive. They charge 13% VAT on bills. There is parking space for few cars and bikes. Avoid it if possible.

One of the best local restaurants in Kathamandu for deep fried spicy sekuwa, wings and newari cuisine. The portions of sekuwa are huge and the pieces are as meaty as it could be. The good thing about this place is the parking space. Didn't order much here, so can't tell much about the food. But I didn't like the service. Had to wait a long time for my bill. It got to a point where i was quite annoyed. Moreover, people in the next table were complaining about specifically asking for two plates of roti which was supposed to have two rotis in each plate but then they only got served two rotis instead. Amazing experience with 5 star hospitality. Centrally located in KTM with ample.parking space., Huge party venue for large groups and the resturant section has 3 floor's with different seating area. There is an open kitchen where you can see the cleanliness and chefs cooking and preparing your meal.Bajeko Sekuwa is a place which has a history and tradition in serving nepali authentic non veg snacks. To my surprise, even the mushroom, sprout salad and avocado salads were really good. We started with Tato Mitho an alcoholic version of hot rum punch with variety of snacks.
Noone can beat them in sekuwa making . Very juicy succulent spicy meat cubes which just dissolve after a few chews. The bhutton was evenly very good . My favourites of the evening was of course the mutton sekuwa, hyakula, Kothey momo, Bara.The Giiddi keema with nan was mind blowing. The chicken items were also very tender and tasty. Anyway hats off to them for making delicious food. Hope the legacy will continue. Must visit place.

Quiet, clean and spacious place in Kamalpokhari area. The same lane has Bota, Shandar and one more momo place, with Bota probably the one with premium pricing. The variation of momo available is incredible and their crunchy momo are my favorite. Momo size is great and juicy, no complaints for the price to portion ratio. Is quick, clean and cozy.

Amazing food and the best place for Sekuwa in town. I tired both chicken and mutton sekuwa and unlike other Sekuwa joints the meat was so juicy and tender with the perfect blend of spices. I had such good Sekuwa after a very long time. The place is decent in terms of hygiene and service too. It fits into the affordability range perfectly. However the ambience might not be for everyone. This is not your fancy restaurant with amazing lightings and aesthetic vibes but the taste will definitely satisfy your core.

Just two words. Quality and Consistency. This place is up and running since ages and have kept the same flavour and quality of food and service alive. They have improved over the yeas. The sekuwa comprises of right amount of species , smoky flavour and great taste. The prices are also average and the service is good. I would recommend everyone to try meat items and sekuwa. Truly one of the best restaurant experience I've got inside Kathmandu valley. The severs were extremely friendly. I was there during rush-hour and still i got served in time. Ambience is quite good, good spacing and comfortable seats. Overall the most important thing is food. Food here was amazing for the affordable price. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for Nepali flavors, quick bite at reasonable price.
One dish that truly stood out for me was this special off the menu dish , (Chicken chatpata) which was perfect blend of spiciness and tanginess. However the sekuwa was very average for a place specialising on sekuwa, momo was juicy and flavourful. The service could be a little prompt but the waiting staff was very helpful and welcoming - give the guy the raise, he deserves it!
Overall, my experience was wonderful and I can’t wait to visit again and try more items from their menu!
