I had ordered online and I had walked about 15 to 20 minutes to the restaurant to pick up my order which included an order for coworkers. I proceeded to call the establishment and talk to the manager to let them know what happened. their resolution was to for me to come and pick up another sandwich, which would take another 30 to 40 minutes or refund the sandwich. I did not feel that that was enough in terms of making the situation right they could have offered to reimburse the whole entrée versus just a sandwich, especially if I was going to come back. This would’ve taken another 30 to 40 minutes of my workday to come down and get a sandwich. I asked them if there’s anything else they could do such as a courtesy meal the time I came in. the manager said they could not do that which IMO is poor customer service given they truly screwed up the order.
