While nearby hotels offer better facilities at the same price range, this property fell far below expectations. There is no parking space, and the rooms are filthy. The staff were really supportive and helpful. My rating 4 is because a lot need to me improved for the amount of money they charge for the stay. I took the stay without breakfast for about 12000 INR , the internal restaurants were really expensive like 2 piece idly for 300 INR was expensive. The rooms were clean but the shower conditions were not so good. There was no baby bed available in the whole hotel which calls themselves to be 5 star. Overall it is good for a 1 night stay if you get a good make my trip deal but for a long stay I would suggest to refrain.

This is a 70+ year old villa located on the VIP road, just behind Pride Ananya Resort and around 10 min walk from the Blue Flag Beach. The property is well maintained and has plenty of greenery with lawns, garden, a vegetable growing area etc. There are 2 large rooms with double beds and I believe there are also 2 smaller rooms with single beds. Rooms may be individually booked or the villa as a whole. There is a option to place additional mattresses considering rooms are relatively spacious. Rooms have TV, AC etc. The living cum dining room and the Verandah are common. The living room has good collection of books for reading. All staff are very friendly - caretakers Shibu, Debu, the cook Mr. Nayak et al. Breakfast is complementary while lunch/dinner may be ordered in demand a few hours in advance from an exhaustive menu. Food is prepared inhouse and is tasty/homely. Prices are reasonable. There are 2 pet dogs - Bruno and Penny. Both are friendly to visitors.
