It is not a resort. It is a below average hotel without any amenities they are showing on booking sites, Not having food options they are showing in menu, Even not providing basic item properly. Once you will pay you will have to adjust. They are liars, taking payment by showing false informations on websites. Only location is good for natural views & peace so if you are choosing this hotel Don’t spend more than Rs 1500/- per day. It’s better to have food from outside restaurants. Wrong informations available on websites - • They are showing amenities like fitness centre & Spa on every booking websites which actually do not exist. • Showing “Mini refrigerator in room” on every websites - Actually not available Basic items not provided properly - • They don not provided us the “electric kettle” till the day of checkout. • AC was leaking water heavily. • All electric sockets were not working • Shower was not working properly. Breakfast - They provided hardly 2-3 items which had not been even cooked properly. If you are adding breakfast in your package, please don’t. Amount they are charging is way more than the service they provided. Food Menu - They are not able to cook items they provided in the menu. You will have to choose only those limited options if you are hungry. 70%-80% items from food menu are actually not available. Conclusion - As I mentioned earlier they are lying on various booking sites about their facilities. Only positive thing is that if you need peace and natural views you can choose this hotel but still don’t spend more than Rs 1500/- a day. It is more than enough. First foremost disappointed was over call, they told us that rooms are available for next day. On arrival only few rooms were available, also differed to price what was discussed on call. Doesn’t matter much. The non conditioned room with just fan is too small. The bathroom stink of mould ot moisture smells, to which the staff was very to hand over box of incense sticks.
