It was our first time in Rishikesh and we cannot stop praising hotel for its location on the Ganga River, beautiful ambience and great service.
Staff very polite.
Kanika at the Patio goes beyond her duty to take care of her guests. She gave valuable suggestions for food items which we enjoyed a lot.
Ganga Arti in the evening is cherry on the cake.

The service was exceptional! The pool and views are very beautiful and the yoga class was nice. The spa was perfect! When we stayed, there were remodeling so it was noisy very close to the room. The room design was absolutely beautiful, however there was a very intense smell of mold mixed with intense perfume. The drainage had some issues and very bad smells came in through the bathroom. The lobby had a very intense perfume smell, it was hard to stay inside and breathe. Several of the common rooms had this issue.

Wonderful team and great service overall. Food was excellent and well prepared. Superb view from the hotel- Always opt for Ganga view, it will make your stay worth. Aarti experience was great too. Nature walk experience was ok.

Our stay at Aloha on the Ganges was truly lovely. The riverfront location is beautiful, with calming views and a peaceful vibe all around. The staff was warm and helpful throughout special mention to Priyanshi for her kindness. The food was nice with a good spread, and the rooms were comfortable and well maintained. The riverside ambience in the evenings made the stay even more special. A great place for anyone looking for a quiet and refreshing getaway in Rishikesh.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at aloha and I must say, it was an amazing experience! The room was beautifully decorated and extremely clean, making my stay very comfortable. Our stay at Aloha on the Ganges was average. The property has a beautiful location — peaceful surroundings with lovely views of the river and pool. However, the service was quite slow, and the front desk team was not very polite or welcoming.
On the positive side, the restaurant staff during breakfast, especially Vipin and Garima, were attentive and courteous, which made our mornings pleasant.
Overall, while the property has potential, it lacks proper maintenance, and the high charges don’t quite match the experience offered. The ambiance is peaceful, but improvement in service and upkeep is much needed.

the location is quite good, if somewhat loud. the promenade along the Ganges is right across the street. triveni ghat can be reached by a few minutes walk. the nicest part of rishikesh however is up north, whereas the hotel is in the south. rooms are spacious and very nicely furnished. unfortunately they are not kept as well as one would wish. there were technical difficulties galore: TV could not be turned off, shower could not be turned off after first use and room locks you out once a day per default (we stayed 2 nights in 2 rooms; it happened 4 times). cleanliness leaves room for improvement. also the rooms were not cleaned every day. while I don't need a full clean, making the bed and replenishing the (slim to begin with) supply of toilet paper could be expected. also there is a rather inconsistent approach to sustainability that seems to be more of an excuse for cutting costs: they removed the fridge in the room, due to sustainability reasons, but it is completely fine that the cupboard interior light contact switch is disabled and therefore it is on 24/7. same with plastic packaging: no bottled water in the room, but individually packaged ketchup and even spices are fine.

How is this even a 4-star hotel?
I booked directly with the property and was required to pay in full at the time of booking. Honestly, if I hadn’t already paid, I would have checked out immediately.
The rooms are spacious and overlook the river, but cleanliness was clearly lacking. The corridors had no A/C and constantly smelled unpleasant—later I discovered there’s a large dumping area right behind the hotel, which explains it.
The walls are not soundproof at all. I had to call reception late at night because the room next door had their TV on at full volume. Another very frustrating issue was the room key—every single time we stepped out, it would stop working and we’d have to return to reception to get it reactivated.
On a positive note, the rooftop restaurant served good food and breakfast was decent. The one genuinely impressive aspect of the stay was the guided tour to Triveni Ghat for the Ganga Aarti. It’s a short walk from the hotel and very well organised.
Overall, aside from the Aarti tour and the rooftop dining, the hotel fell far below 4-star standards.

Stayed at the Hotel from 6th to 9th Oct and had one of the finest experiences in Rishikesh. Extremely well-trained and ever-helpful staff members, have the most amazing view of Ganga ji, walking distance from the best ghat in Rishikesh. The hotel that knows what it guests require and go out of the way to help you make it a memorable stay. Hot piping and tasty food was the icing on the cake during our stay. I stayed for 3 days in the Luxury Premium Room, which is the second-highest category they offer. Sharing my honest experience so others can be more informed before booking:
⚠️ Things to Keep in Mind
1. Don’t trust the sales staff blindly, especially Garima. I booked directly through their sales team instead of an online portal, and it turned out to be a mistake.
2. The reception number is unreliable — they often disconnect the call if they’re busy, without even asking why you called. There should definitely be more staff at the front desk.
3. Avoid rooms on the first floor — there’s zero privacy. A common gallery runs right outside the balcony, so anyone passing by can see inside. You’ll need to keep your curtains closed all the time. And if you forget to lock the balcony door, someone could easily enter.
4. Bring your own toiletries — the body wash, shampoo, and conditioner provided are of poor quality.
5. Room phones are mostly non-functional. You can only reach reception or room dining; other numbers are just printed there for show.
6. Housekeeping service is extremely poor. We requested basic things like coffee mugs, water bottles, and curry replacements multiple times, but no one bothered to deliver.

1. The view is genuinely beautiful — that’s the highlight of the stay.
2. The property is small but scenic. It doesn’t really qualify as a resort, but you can still enjoy the surroundings.
3. They did change our room after complaints, but it wasted an entire day of our trip (and honestly, our money too).
4. Special mention to staff members Rajat Rana, Shikha, and Rohit — they were polite, supportive, and really made our stay more comfortable and pleasant despite the other issues.
5. Overall, the hotel looks nice, but the service and experience don’t justify the price.
6. If you’re getting the Luxury Premium Room for under ₹10,000, it’s a fair deal. Otherwise, I’d suggest checking out other properties nearby.

This was my second stay and it was even better than the first. I had the family room and it was amazingly spacious. Though not much of a river view— but a cute little balcony made up for it somewhat.
Best part of the stay was the friendly and professional staff who made every effort to please you and take care of you. Two of the ladies who made the most impression on me were Kusum from front desk and Shashi from the restaurant. Not only did they know what they were doing and got things done effortlessly— but they also made sure you were taken care of even if they were busy. Overall I chose the hotel for convenience— but ended up deciding to come back again just to enjoy the hotel.

Visited this place to have something to eat in their restaurant (I mean they boast of 4-stars and great location by the banks of ganga river), however the experience was as grim as the food, service, crappy washrooms and staff behavior. The table had glasses placed, with lipstick literally oozing out of the brink, and nobody was bothered. Plates did not qualify to any 4 star standard too.
Also, humble request, if you guys do not want to ruin your pasta and pizza experience, please avoid them. And for the first time, I had such a bad cappucino. God, please change the chef!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ganga Kinare from 20th to 23rd October. The experience was exceptional; our family of six found the accommodation to be very comfortable. Check-in process was smooth, and all three rooms were conveniently located on the same floor. The view of the Ganga Ghat was truly memorable.
In the evenings, we participated in the arti ceremony, which was quite enchanting. We had a clear view of the Ganga Ghat, and the security personnel were exceptionally friendly and helpful. My mother-in-law especially appreciated taking part in the morning and evening artis.
We were fortunate to participate in early morning yoga sessions with Yogeeta for two days. She was excellent and very accommodating, understanding the varying abilities within our family. The view from our room, overlooking the Ganga, provided a peaceful and serene atmosphere.
Additionally, we enjoyed a relaxing massage at the spa and took advantage of the Jacuzzi facilities.
We would like to extend our gratitude to Kushum for her assistance and for recommending the best shopping areas.
The management team was very welcoming and accommodating. The restaurant served delicious meals, and all staff members were attentive and friendly. The location was ideal, offering stunning views of the Ganga, which enhanced our dining experience. We were also fortunate to witness several fireworks displays while enjoying evening snacks.
The breakfast was delightful; I particularly enjoyed the masala puris.

Located a little higher up in a lovely bushy green area but the hotel actually spirals down to the banks of the Ganga. Also has a lovely, clean pool I used daily.
Was a little disappointed w/1st quite bare room allocated, esp for Rs50k for a few days but after speaking to the super efficient Asst Mgr Gayathri about the leaking shower & lack of furniture, 1/2 way thru our stay, we were upgraded to the suite w/sofas we seniors really need.
Much more comfortable, although this one still had a shower leak!
Both rooms come with a balcony w/a view/constant sound of the Ganga & the opposite river bank where you're able to hear/see the daily evening Aarthi.
Huge hotel but not much seating/relaxing areas created & the restaurant food could do w/a revamp.
Breakfast has a good variety. However hi-tea & AlaCart is the same daily, w/very little variety.
We were also disappointedly not served buffet dinners while there was low occupancy.
Chef's happy to serve but could do with some creative cooking ideas.
Also the noisy, meanigless music at the restaurant should be changed to some calm lounge music. How about some soft, Indian instrumental tunes?
Staff were very helpful & courteous & Gayathri assured us, while this lovely hotel is very old, it's being upgraded phase by phase.
We are sure to stay here again.
Hopefully, all rooms will be upgraded by then.

Yog Niketan is a great hotel right on the Ganges River on Rishikesh. Balcony or courtyard rooms within steps of the river, great views of Paramath Niketan Ashram and both bridges. On site spa and restaurant, centrally located between Tapovan and Triveni Ghat. Rooms are basic but clean and go with the yoga esthetics of the city. While they just passed law allowing bars in town (July 2025) the city remains all-veg, and the food here is quite good. My second time staying here, and I wouldn't come back if it wasn't a great stay.

This was the most expensive place we stayed during our 7 week India trip and it was worth it. The customer service rivals any place that we've ever stayed. The front desk, the front and rear door security, the restaurant workers (especially the manager Rohit), and random staff always provided excellent service with a smile and a "Namaste". Even though the property fronts a busy road, the back of the property overlooks the Ganges and is quite peaceful. The views from the top 2 floors are great. The rooms are big with nice amenities and a balcony. The property has a yoga studio (free morning yoga and afternoon meditation classes) and a spa (expensive). The restaurant is fantastic. Breakfast and afternoon tea are included. The quality and variety are really good, and they have stuff you can order besides the buffet items. You probably don't need to eat another meal. Front desk can arrange taxis and laundry service which is convenient. Great location - you have access out the back gate to the promenade along the ghats and river. Easy walk to the Ram Jhula and Janki Jhula.

The staff is very warm especially Suresh ji and team in the Aroma restaurant and food is really prepared thoughtfully with love.Hats off to the girls out in the restaurant. Really helpful.
The reception area is well lit and entrance is well managed by front desk.
Talking about the rooms, they are well maintained with clean washroom and lobby area.Room pantry, fridge and kettle are there when you are hungry and want to munch something.
Wellness centre is properly maintained, staff there also is very helpful and caring.The foot massage there was quiet calm and relaxing.
Could not access the gaming area much with very little time to stay but can spend some time with toddlers ans teenagers there.
Evening snacks and tea at Aveda cafe was energetic after day long journey to Neelkanth Mahadev temple.
The open area near Buddha statue and the Aarti is a mesmerizing experience.
Should definitely pay a 3 day visit to this hotel.
My experience was overall refreshing.Just don't feel like going back.

I had an amazing stay at Sterling Palm Bliss The hospitality was truly exceptional, far beyond what I expected. The manager Mr Gaurav went out of his way to help us—when no taxis were available due to a strike, he personally drove us in his own car so we wouldn’t be stranded. Spacious room, sparkling white linen, and fabulous dining experience. The dinner buffets were awesome - sumptuous spread; exceptional culinary skill; heartwarming service by dining room staff.

I had booked for two nights and I must say, I loved the place. The location is walking distance from all famous places, The staff was very courteous and helpful, especially Suraj, Vikas and Deepak. I originally booked two weeks at Hotel Vedas and because I enjoyed it so much, I decided to extend my stay for another two weeks.
The hotel is in a great location: very central but still quiet, which is quite rare in Rishikesh. My room was excellent – clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. I truly felt at home.

It was amazing to even imagine how people must have medidated and lived here. Highly recommend visiting this place.
Park vehicle near Janki Setu and walk across the bridge for around 500mts to Rajaji National Park. The Ashram is inside the National Park and has an entry fee of 200Rs for Indians. An ID card is mandatory for entry.

The Vasundhara palace hotel is located at walking distance of Janki Jhula Bridge and the Janki Setu. The river area was walkable distance. The hotel is new and well maintained and had a clean spacious look through out. We were a group of 11 persons on a pilgrimage trip on had a wonderful twonight stay at Vasundhara Palace.
Rooms are also spacious and clean with all amenities. The toilets were very clean modern and the towels were spotless shower facilities were comfortable. The bed was very cozy, the chairs comfortable and the linen and they were very clean and spot less. The room service was very prompt and quick.
We really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which had a lot of varieties and had multiple options. The restaurant had indoor seating as well as open air and food was delicious throughout.
The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. What I really liked is the modern décor and the common areas well kept. Truly a great experience and highly recommended for stay in Rishikesh. What made the whole stay very comfortable was the excellent service at the reception, the room service and at the restaurants and friendly staff.

We visited the property last year. The location of the property is fine but away from main hustle bustle of Rishikesh.
Rooms were large and spacious but were not well maintained. Almost everywhere we found dirt and hair of previous occupants. Also the curtains and upholstery were unclean. And the swimming pool on the terrace was under maintenance.
Lobby and restaurant area were well kept.
Room service and food were also quite good.
Overall could have been a pleasant stay if importance was given to cleanliness.

Our 2-day stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The staff seemed completely untrained and unprofessional. The female staff members were constantly arguing with the male staff — one even quit right in front of us! They didn’t even know what basic facilities the hotel offered. When we asked about a mini-fridge, they were clueless.
The manager, Ritu, was the most unpleasant part of the experience. She was rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in basic manners. Even after another staff member confirmed that a mini-fridge was available, she spoke as if doing us a favor by checking.
To top it all off, despite paying the entire amount at check-in, she called us late at night, insisting that we come to reception to “pay the balance.” I repeatedly told her that we had already paid, but she refused to believe me or verify it properly. Only when another staff member checked and confirmed the online payment did she reluctantly agree.
Thank God we had proof of our online transaction — otherwise, this could have turned into an even bigger mess.
Would never recommend this place to anyone. Completely mismanaged and stressful stay!

Our stay at The Amaris never even began, and that itself was one of the worst experiences we’ve had as a family traveler.
We called the hotel one night before our scheduled arrival to book a couple of rooms. The receptionist assured us that rooms were available after 2 PM and confirmed our request for a 5 PM check-in. Despite our request to confirm the booking over the phone, he confidently stated that the rooms were reserved and we could arrive as planned.
To our shock and utter frustration, upon reaching the hotel at the agreed time, the receptionist and manager were dismissive and indifferent. We were told to wait without any explanation and then completely ignored. After finally insisting on a proper response, we were casually informed that there were no rooms available. The same staff member who confirmed our booking just the night before denied any responsibility, offering nothing but a shrug and a flat “no.”
The level of apathy and lack of accountability was astounding. No apology, no alternate arrangement, no basic courtesy.
Worse, due to their negligence and false assurance, we had no backup. Nearby hotels like Clarks and Natraj were fully booked, leaving us scrambling for a last-minute accommodation far from the railway station, causing immense inconvenience to our family, especially with elderly members and kids.
Avoid The Amaris at all costs. This hotel is completely unreliable, and the staff lacks even the most basic standards of professionalism and hospitality. If you value your peace of mind and time, look elsewhere.

NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. Though beautifully located, the King Suite promised to us turned out to be extremely disappointing. Despite clear instructions before hand to ensure clean room and linen, we were welcomed with stained linen in a room with large windows but without any curtains. When asked to put curtains, they did a shoddy job out of it (pic att). Basic dusting in the room had not been carried out with dust lying on sofas, chairs and everywhere else possible as indicated in the photos. Despite repeated calls, no efforts were made to clean the room. Paint stained chairs and extremely dirty sofa where one could not even sit. We had no choice but to leave the hotel after waiting for two hours despite having paid almost Rs 5000 for a night with no scope of refund.

I surprised my wife for her birthday and we stayed at Hotel Ishan it was the best decision! The Ganga view room was beautiful and really made the occasion special. The food here is tasty and we both loved the peaceful vibe. The spa session was so relaxing a perfect gift for her!

1. there was a strong smell issue in the bathroom over the course of 2 days - we had to use a room freshner at all times and no effort was made to give a permanent solution
2. at the ground floor room - the very loud clackety noise of the ceiling fan kept other people in our travelling trip up all night- even this was not resolved satisfactorily
3. there was no intercom - at night water started falling from a floor being renovated upstairs (video enclosed) - and there was no attendant on our floor - due to the intercom in our room not working - we had to walk down and inform the reception to save their own water.
4. The food is quite overpriced and average or below average.
Overall was not impressed with the response to my complaints, and would not visit back.

Though reaching this place via vehicle is bit difficult due to narrow streets,hotel is well maintained. Rooms are clean and comfortable.
Restaurant is having decent seating. Buffet is having good variety of dishes and one nonveg dish as well. Food taste is good.

People at front desk were truly unprofessional
The lady at reception name unknown was like the Queen of England who isn't ready to listen to the guy standing in front of her and telling her that the people count is 46 not 48.
If still it's 48 then I ll pay for 48 after counting before check out. Payment was cleared for 46 guests and still she was arguing that the count is 48 and when we confronted with guest in front of her the she said ok sir it's 46 in front of guest the howcome she is asking me money for 2 extra guests exactly 2 minutes earlier.
Does she think we travel company owners are fool or we are frauds who are gonna make a fraud entry of 2 Pax in there hotel and to add the cherry on the cake when the issue was raised with there respected General Manager Sir Mr Abhishek over the call he just didn't took a second to put the blame on us.
Thank you team Regenta it was a superb gesture from ur side we learned a lot of unprofessional tactics from you guys and we make sure we will not Visit your hotel again or send any of our guests to your hotel even if its the last one in Rishikesh.
Overall stay experience was Good but this type of unprofessional and rude behaviour is totally unacceptable

I stayed there for 2 nights. no-nonsense hotel. They have everything you need. I booked for deluxe room and they upgraded to superior. Both type of rooms are similar only. Just the view is little different. Partial mountain and partial city.

I stayed in the Hotel from 21st. To 25th October 2025.The staff were cordial.special mention of Pooja & Sooraj, who helped in check in check out.
Besides,we needed an important injection which we forgot at home.The front desk arranged for it ASAP.Thank to the team.
Restaurant was very good with excellent services.
Last but not the least, they gave us a room over looking The Ganges which was serene.We have bath in Ganges.
They also arranged for Ganga Arati.
With Gangai ‘S blessings, we will come back at the earliest

This is a fabulous hotel to stay in Rishikesh, the location of the hotel is amazing, giving you a direct access to the Ganga Ghat and it is just opposite Parmarth Ashram. The view from the room is amazing. Staff is very good. The market and restaurants are at walking distance. I took a room where they had a sitting by the window and I could see Gangaji directly from my room and all the river rafts floating by. At night also I went to the Ghat and it was so peaceful just sitting there. In the morning, I saw the sunrise from The Ghat. So staying here is the best option if you are coming to rishikesh.

It's a wonderful experience staying here; the location is quite good, especially the view of the Holy River Ganga and the adjacent ghat. It's very close to Treveni ghat.

We loved our one night stay here so much that we cancelled our other hotel in Rishikesh the following week and booked again. The staff are absolutely wonderful. The location is unrivaled, directly on Ma Ganga, secluded, yet close to so many ashrams and sacred places. An ideal location—neither too far from the market nor too crowded. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location of the hotel is absolutely fabulous. The view of Mountain emerging from the hills is surreal. Neqt sai ghat The Ganga Aarti in the evening makes the stay more meaningful.
Food is also exceptionally good. Organic cafe dishes are new for visitors and very tasty. The desserts were very tasty.

Sir at the outset I was searching rooms at Rishikesh but all other reviews were not appealing suddenly I came across this hotel and I could not find one minus point in any review. I and my wife stayed for 4 days returned yesterday. I would like to reiterate that right from security till the top person all were Highly co.operative no doubts. First Sonam and Team excellent welcome which we did not expect. Allotment of room Fabulous and very neat and cleanly maintained. Than RESTAURANT THERE staff are down to earth and breakfast Lunch Hi Tea and dinner served deserves cent percent appreciation.there restaurant staff so well disciplined and even after my return to Bangalore asking about our welfare and request us to keep in touch and refer there hotel. We became so emotional that yesterday vehicle came to drop at airport but we didn't feel of leaving from there and in emotion tears rolled in our eyes when we had no alternative than to leave.Our sincere thanks to Hotel staff especially Mr Negi who took special care as we donot take onion Garlic. In a nutshell telling my experience WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO THOSE WHO COME TO RISHIKESH. " AS THERE IS A SAYING COME AS A GUEST GO AS A FRIEND*. I would like to thank Ravindra and the staff at hotel Neeraj Naturecure on Ganga for their wonderful hospitality. We had a 3 days stay at Rishikesh and it was a pleasant one. The food at their Dubkee restaurant was tasty as well. They also took care of our child’s food needs. The property is beautiful alongside holy ganga with its proximity to Triveni Ghat where the famous Arti takes place. We would love to stay at this property again.

Pool Area very peaceful so very relax feel. 4. I Am visited Arogyadham Wellness Center seeking relief and I am incredibly pleased with the results. After undergoing a combination of medication and therapy over a period of 7 days, I have experienced a significant improvement in my sleep quality, as well as a noticeable reduction in stress levels. I did not have a good experience here. Though I am sure the Hotel is in for great times ahead, thanks to the demand for rooms in Rishikesh. Good things first, food is great here. There's a small pool on the top floor and there's a spa and massage centre next door. As far as bad things go, the evening staff was cold and unfriendly. Rooms are poorly designed - windows of rooms at the back, on floors 2 and 3 it seems, open to big walls - you cannot tell day from night as these rooms do not get any natural light. The two worst things are (a) the toilet seats - the installer has put smaller seat covers, they don't cover the rim. Men will surely get UTIs since your thing will touch the seat, the seats are so small. When I shared this with the Hotel Administrator, he said all rooms have the same sized seats. (b) the ceiling lights are poorly placed, turning the fan on makes the entire room psychedelic (see video). Made me feel dizzy. So you will end up turning on the AC even when you don't need to. All they need to do is provide a separate switch for these two lamps located behind the rotating ceiling fan blades. Walking to and from the hotel through a secret passage is nice. Tapovan Ghat is just a 10-min walk, through a narrow and exciting lane, full of small shops and eateries.

1. Location: The hotel is located at the very far end of Tapovan, almost like a remote village. Getting there is a challenge in itself—the roads are broken and in terrible condition. If you’re not prepared for bumpy rides, this will be a nightmare.
2. Staff Behavior: The staff is shockingly rude. Ask them for anything, and they will either refuse outright or tell you to “talk to the manager.” There is no sense of hospitality here.
3. Room Service Switch Mystery: The rooms have a “Make My Room” switch. Sounds nice, right? Wrong. You can turn it on, go out for hours, come back, and your room will be exactly the same. When you complain, the reception tells you that you still have to inform them directly. So… why is the switch there? Decoration? Mood lighting?
4. Overcharging for Basics: Even basic water bottles are overpriced—₹30 bottles are sold for ₹40 plus SGST and CGST. When questioned, they show some “Supreme Court order,”. I’ve stayed in dozens of hotels—never seen anything like it.

A Complete Failure of a Hotel
This hotel stay was a complete disaster from start to finish. The most shocking issue was the complete lack of water in the bathroom, which made it impossible to even wash my hands, let alone take a shower. This is an unacceptable health and safety concern.
The disappointment didn't stop there. The room was missing a doormat and towels, making it feel unhygienic and incomplete.
To make things worse, the advertised meal services were a joke. There was no buffet available, and the kitchen had no dishes to serve for breakfast or dinner.

Our stay was simply Perfect!
The room felt like one straight out of Santorini, Greece, set beautifully right next to Maa Ganga. From our balcony, we enjoyed a breathtaking view of the sacred river with Rajaji National Park in the backdrop. The food was absolutely sumptuous, and the hospitality was outstanding—every staff member welcomed us with a genuine smile and was always eager to help.
One of the best experiences was walking alongside Maa Ganga to reach Triveni Ghat—it felt so peaceful and divine. The small, thoughtful gestures by the team truly made us feel royal. Our only regret is that we stayed for just one night; we wish we had planned for more!

I stayed here with my husband and mother in law for 3D 2N and it was a really pleasant stay. The hotel is themed with blue and white aesthetic Santorini look which is appealing. The rooms, washrooms, beddings, towels everything was very clean. Service was quick. Food has been delicious and the restaurant offers a majestic Ganga and mountain view. They value their guests a lot. When we had to leave for Neelkanth early in the morning, they packed breakfast for us and even during checkout, they packed fruits for us.
The hospitality is commendable and I would refer this place to everyone who visits Rishikesh. Public convenience is also easily accessible from here although the entry route for this hotel could have been better.

We came on a family trip from Chennai. Initially, as we entered a narrow street, I was worried that I had made the wrong choice. But once we arrived, everything changed — the location, cleanliness, and the attitude of the staff truly elevated our entire experience.
The food was absolutely exceptional. I had missed booking the dinner-inclusive package, so I ordered separately — but even then, it was totally worth it. Booking with meals would definitely be more cost-effective.
We checked out early in the morning around 4:30 AM, and I was pleasantly surprised to see the staff fully active and ready. They promptly helped with all our luggage and ensured it was loaded into the taxi without any hassle.
Amazing service! The owner should be truly proud of this team.

They promise to give you a gym and swimming pool. Looked like a good deal to me when I booked it. Gym was stinky and pool was dirty and not maintained at all. U sell in 3 star simililar category but its totally not worth it. (Its like a fraud) Photo is misleading on google, actual photo already sent for ur reference
rooms are very conjusted. Not at all suitable for couple with kid.
U can not not open even curtain because u can only see old broken building and garbage ( they called it hill view room )
Staff is very rude and not listening anything. We ordered food before enough time but nothing served on time and qualify was very average. Worst experience ever. Mannerless and inefficient staff.

One of the coolest place in hrishikesh. This has been converted to a hostel now under "hashtag hostels". Be is situated convinient ly at a location from where shivpuri and bungee roads are easily accessible. Talking about the place the private rooms as we hired are quite spacious and well maintained. Linens were clean. They have dormitories also and for a budget traveller this place is great. They have an open Cafe as well. The person getting us (I am missing his name) was great. The day we were there they were having a pool party which we could not attend due to time constraint. The lounge area is also good with equipments like carrom and chess. The have made it into a complete hostel.

Average hotel, but very helpful staff particularly Mr.Raveen Rana, Manager. Hotel is located in narrow ghat road leading to Badrinath, hence on weekends it is choked with serpentine traffic. Hotel has limited parking facility for approx. 04-06 vehicles only, hence when you enter Rishikesh, it is better to check with hotel staff on avilability of parking slot and enter into ghat road, else you may create heck of traffic jam.
Maintenance of rooms need substantial improvement as existing toilet water jet is awkward to use, air-conditioner has neither remote nor manually controlled leading to sleep in shivering cold even in peak of summers and it requires special training to open /close room locks with misfit keys. Other these mentioned irritants, this facility has no other key issues.

Hotel is conveniently located and is easily found. Our stay was very enjoyable. Our room was large and it made movement within the room very convenient. The room was well equipped and comfirtable. The bed was large and very comfortable. I like the colour and the decor in the room. It was very tastefully done and to me, many will like it. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. I found the Reception Staff very friendly, fast ,obliging and great first impression of hotel. Self and family members were very happy and pleased with the stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. Great value for money and right in centre of city. The location is wonderful with walking distance to Laxman Jhula. The Ganga view from the room is breathtaking. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay.

I with my wife recently visited Haridwar and Rishikesh. We decided to stay in Rishikesh, since, both of us wanted this trip to be a mixture of adventure and spiritual trip. We stayed at the hotel for 4 D + 3N and here is the review.
Location: Just around 100 m from Badrinath road and around 400 m from Lakshman Jhula. We explored a lot on foot considering the traffic and parking issues in Tapovan.
Price: Very budget friendly, considering that the hotel is in the heart of tapovan.
Amenities: Room had TV, ac, 24x7 hot water, free Wi-Fi, complimentary tea & coffe and toiletries. Also, had a small table which I used to work on my laptop. The hotel also had a Yoga hall and a small restaurant.
View: The room had a very printine view of Ganga river and mountains.
Space and privacy: The rooms were decently spacious and cozy and offered good privacy.
Safety: The hotel is in a location which is safe for women. Men and women were casually walking in the area at 12 in the night, few eateries were open and the whole thing gave a safe vibe. In the hotel, they have a clear policy of no drinking which I found to be great.
Hospitality: Staff was courteous and prompt in helping us. They helped us in planning the places to visit, arranged drop off and pick up for us at Haridwar and even connected us with Bungy jumping and river rafting people.
Parking: Staff assisted us to park our vehicle in a safe private parking.
