I had a horrible experience and Ajay Yadav and Dominique asked for confirming the booking by asking me to make full payment of 11060 for Deluxe room. After the payment was done, Ajay asked for making the payment again and said the transaction would be refunded. As per market standard, if the payment is done the confirmation should be given however they declined and rather kept insisting for second payment to be done. The highest form of negligence was while i was speaking over the call and telling them to refund my amount, they kept disconnecting the call. If you are taking the payment then it’s responsibility of the hotel to atleast communicate and refund the amount if we have clearly mentioned that I don’t want to go ahead with booking that too within 5 mins. This is the most disappointed experience we could expect from a reputed hotel. Further after 7-8 calls these people made us Panick and had the audacity to answer to call to say that they have too many work and will get back to us in 5 mins and took forever to return the call. When i asked for the managers number that also was not given. This is grossly negligence in such hotels management and i expect atleast the amount to be refunded and atleast respond to calls.

I stayed for two nights with my family. From check in to check out it was flawless. sfaff was very supportive and helps in all the way possible. Rooms were spacious and bedding was very comfortable. Bathroom was loaded with supplies and everything was of very good quality. I have realized that the standards have gone low including front desk excuses and behaviour,. They now lack basic 5 star property amenities and its all about their own conveinence from room allocation to food menu to timings to preferences. Duty manager keeps on changing and they dont know he difference between jacuzzi and bath tub. 1. Rooms are very different from the photos shown on websites. They have different interiors with warehouse furniture and heighten mattress which makes anyone uncomfortable to get to the bed. 2. The furniture is old and unmaintained. The cleanliness is up for the toss. You as a guest have to ask them to clean the room. Swimming pool is difficut to use as it is next to their restaurant and hundreds of people stare at you. Nonsense layout. 3. Guests can not access their in-house restaurants for dinner as its combined with some night club show except monday and tuesday and demand 3k per person. And kids are not allowed after 7pm to 7am. They now have open hookah at one of their places, this is something unethical and impacts teenagers. 4. Chef does not bother about the taste of food and its ingredients. They keep less salt and justify to satisfy jain customers. They prepare sweet poha instead of traditional maharashtrian poha. The mix of food options does not make any sense at all. 5. Found someone's nail trapped in Bathroom slippers. What quality checks they do. 6. The staff from front desk to food service are not well trained at all except few. They dont know how to talk to guests and what to talk. Front desk people always make excuses and give illogical explanations. It seems that they are asked to do so by their seniors. 7. Unnecessary charges - They now take deposit of 5k per room per night now. They add gratuity in the food bills. 8. Animal cruelty - they make innocent animals like horses, dogs suffer and used by people by allowing them to ride them. The place is not hygiene and they dont bother to put any shade in hot hours. 9. missing basic amenities like carpets, wall decor, sitout furniture, bathtub etc.

However, unfortunately, they turned out to be misleading in our case. We were 3 friends traveling together. The first room we got was mouldy and smelled like it hasn’t been opened in months. But we still decided to give it a shot. But then the AC in our room was constantly dripping water on the floor, and after an initial inspection when the issue didn’t get resolved, we requested the staff to give us another room the next day, but they were adamant that there aren’t any more rooms available. However, miraculously, after we were a bit stern with them, we were given one of the penthouses! The room was nice, but in this room the TV was not a smart one, which was surprising, because the one in the previous, cheaper room was. Anyway, after again having to hound the staff for a bit, they did switch our TV, which was nice of them. So the stay experience overall for me was below average. The breakfast spread was decent, location is beautiful. But I would not be going back here again.

I don't recommend this property at all, the photos in google are old and falsifying. The man behind the main counter, is the worst manager I've ever met. His unusual mind and faulty assumptions ruined our stay. No one should hire this type of individual as a manager, in my opinion, or your hotel will fail.

Well maintained resort. 1. Rooms : Rooms are a little small in size but maintained properly. you can accommodate 2 adults and 1 small child. 2.
