I got green chicken enchiladas because that's what I always get when I go to a New Mexican restaurant for the first time. The flavor and tenderness of the shredded chicken took my breath away. It came with a freshly made tortilla and honey, essentially a personal size sopapilla. Also got the beef nachos on the side and even that was made with care and flavor.
