The entertainment team are amazing and are so good with the kids everyday there was stuff going on for both adults and children they are all certainly a credit to the hotel! We got back the past week and were in a large party of 12, they never disappointed the entire time! The hotel is located on top of a beautiful hill overlooking Protaras, the sea and the beautiful church on the hill. There is a lovely cool breeze across the hills in the evening even though we hit 29 degrees everyday without fail. Food in the resort was some of the best all inclusive I have ever experienced, additionally themed nights mean you don't end up with a load of odds and ends. Fresh salads were delicious and the far East night was some of the best Chinese food I've eaten for sometime! The staff really are the true asset to this jewel and the lifeguards are really lovely (shoutout to the superb Domitri who will surely be in the next Marvel movie) what was noted was that they always were friendly and professional and the cocktails were knockout (no measurements were required as my liver can now confirm 😂). The manager was also very approachable and would come over and chat, often helping the staff on the bar in the busier periods. What I loved was how available and appreciated he was by his staff. Finally the activities were really well arranged and I was really impressed with the entertainment team, they are constantly putting in a great shift making great things happen like waterpolo, football and much more. Friendly cats come and sit with you when you sit outside the bar. Location wise Louis is about a 15 min walk from the heart of Protaras however a free bus goes from the hotel every hour. The town has a great selection of beeches and water sports and many live bands at night. All in all this is a outstanding resort where the incredible, personable staff will go out of their way to make your stay spectacular.

We stayed in a superior room with sea view and balcony, it was supper value for money very clean and tidy too . The cleaners did a super job everyday so would like to say thank you to them . Location is great your right on the beachfront and have a lovely walk along the beach and see the sunset and sun rise . Just a 3/5 minute walk to all the shops and food places along the town a great selection and just a nice walk out . We did this holiday as all inclusive and it’s definitely worth it breakfast is delicious and so is lunch and dinner there is a variety of food options so no one is left hungry . All the waiters was so kind and delivered a high standard so thank you . The chefs were superb especially the one who cooked the omelets in the morning he was so kind and welcoming just adding to the overall experience so a thank you to all the chefs . The pool staff , reception and ground team also a massive thank you to making this holiday great . And lastly a massive thank you to sandip and George at the lounge bar in reception for being superb you both deserve some recognition for how amazing you both are you both made our stay very memorable and welcoming . Lots of rules and strict timing. Great for young families I guess but its expensive and the staff are the unhappiest and unfriendliest people in all of cyprus. The bartenders and Laxman, was always polite and made fantastic drinks, and the receptionist, Markella, was super friendly and helpful – she truly deserves a raise! She should be the front face of the hotel. Unfortunately, her colleague was not as kind; she often interrupted us when we tried to speak and came across as quite arrogant. Maybe she has been there for too long beacuse se smiled like one time. Markella on the other hand always a smile and amazing energy. We visited the hotel at the end of the season when it was very quiet, the last day (one day before the hotel closes down) there was around 10 families left but we still had to pay an extra 30 euros for a late checkout, even though we had not been informed of the hotel’s checkout time ANYWHERE. Everyone that worked at the restaurant gave 10/10 service. They were funny and very proffesional. The hotel has many positive aspects, all around great experience.

To akurat można sprawdzić przed przyjazdem. Do samej plaży blisko. Ideal location next to the protatas pier which was so handy for a boat trip we took. 10/ 15 minute walk to the main strip but there are restaurants around the hotel. We did b & b and there was so much choice. Pool was lovely. Never struggled for a sun bed. Used the hair dressers which was brilliant and so handy as was attending a wedding. The room was very modern and clean, with nice balcony. Loved that they gave slipers too. They even gave body lotion, not just shampoo and shower gel, and loved the nail and ear cleaners. We had a sea view room, however it was on the first floor, so the view was half blocked by the dining area. The bathroom was really nice, and clean, looked modern and had a big nice shower. Location is very nice, Vrissi beach starts from the neighbour hotel. You can walk to fig tree bay also. The neighbourhood is full of cats, thats a lot of fun. The paralel street has a lot of restaurants and supermarkets, and they even have a supermarket inside the hotel. The towels were not in the best condition. We had a sea view room, however it was on the first floor, so the view was half blocked by the dining area. The walls were very tiny, everything we could hear from the neighbours.

The way some of them behave clearly states the hotel has fallen into a rabbit hole of a quick € instead of maintaining the class it once had. The way some of them behave in the pool is appealing and the fact that the staff can’t really do anything is sad. The prices for us Cypriots have risen significantly in the last 2 years for the premises and rooms that haven’t properly been renovated. The rooms have just changed some bits and bobs and it shows. No major upgrades for the elevated price point. The ceiling in the rooms even had mold. The only thing I can positively comment is the food. More options and good quality compared to Grecian Bay which is the other hotel we frequently visit(the options especially at the bar are quite basic). The kids-club is another disappointing issue. The staff was lovely but the effort put into transforming the ballroom into a “kids-club” it’s quite frankly sad. Throwing a bunch of used kids toys into an empty room doesn’t qualify it for a kids-club experience. Don’t know if it’s even worth going there again.. Spent some of the best summers of my childhood and was truly disappointed by our last visit. Umi was the only thing worth visiting. Excellent sushi, service and view.

This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel - the hotel is fantastic and the staff really do go above and beyond! Stathis & his team work hard to get to know everyone and ensure they are having a great holiday. The hotel was full due to it being high season but the food was always incredible, with a different theme each night and always cooked to perfection and piping hot! We traveled as a family of four with two children (11 & 5) and there was always enough choice for everyone. The restaurant can get busy at times but food never ran out, tables are turned over very fast and plenty of staff around to sort drinks etc. There is also some lovely seating outside and a snack bar also during the day - cheese burgers & chips were a firm favourite with the kids! The new process of having your sunbeds assigned to you was also a plus for us - no having to get up early for a bed. The first day our beds were over looking the sea which was beautiful! But we did request to move closer to the pool for our little boy and was moved the next day (no hassle at all). Rooms are big and light and airy. We booked a sea view and it’s breathtaking to open the doors to such a beautiful view in the morning. Rooms come with a little kitchenette too, which is handy for drinks etc with the kiddies. Cleaner visited everyday and replaced bedding every few days. Every single member of staff works none stop all day. The hotel is situated on the promenade leading directly into protaras (10 minute walk), fig tree bay beach can be seen from the hotel and takes a couple of minutes to walk too. Location is fantastic! We really think it’s the welcoming staff which makes this hotel so good! Highly recommend to anyone wanting to travel to Cyprus!

Lovely hotel, the rooms are kept clean beds and towels changed every day, Most of the staff were Friendly and keen to please, Lovely Pool , lots of room lots of sunbeds day beds with a cover on the top so you can shade from the Sun whilst lying down, The waterpark was amazing for little ones safe and again really clean lifeguards there from the moment it open to the moment it closed, Location was about 15 minutes bus ride into Protaros itself so it was a bit out of the town but the buses are cheap enough as they were only €2 Euros or you could pay €6 for a day pass and you can hop on and off the buses which I thought was very reasonable or you can get a week pass for €20 which on reflection we should’ve got so it’s worthwhile investing in that. Now for the negatives….. If you were going and you enjoy evening entertainment, this may not be the hotel for you. We would’ve definitely returned to the hotel but the evening entertainment was shocking. Some of The artists that were Advertised didn’t show up And the ones that did really let the hotel down as they were really not very good. The entertainment didn’t start till around 10 P.m. and the drinks finished promptly at 11 pm… But if you want to go just to enjoy the days by the pool and going to the beach then I would highly recommend the hotel, but if you want to enjoy dressing up on a night and seeing some good entertainment, this is not the hotel for you…. The food wasn’t of the highest standard, Not much variation and it seemed to be the same for your evening meal as it was at lunchtime We didn’t go hungry, but the food definitely let the hotel down and reflects why the hotel is a three star where if the entertainment and food were better I would rate it a four star…. Frühstück dann auf der Tarrasse mit Blick auf das Meer war für uns besonders schön. Das Meer ist gerade an diesem Strandabschnitt besonders klar.Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Massagemöglichkeit direkt am Strand, sehr großer Pool, ausreichend Liegen am Strand oder Pool. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch rund um die Hotelanlage. Uns hat es gut gefallen, wir kommen gerne wieder.
