很奇妙的搭配，芝士炸鱼饼配白葡萄酒！而且用调色板装，可以留个纪念。每个人口味不同，我觉得那鱼本来就腥，加上那重口味的芝士有点一言难尽，但隔壁桌的当地人点了好几个吃。尝一下还挺有意思的。

丸子外面那层很酥脆，中间那层很软糯鲜，可是最里面的那个蓝奶酪无法欣赏。。。

吃了两口就丢了，只能说不适合大部分中国人的口味，还4欧一个。个人评价两个字：恶心！

本店特色就是鳕鱼，有多种做法，点了招牌菜(第一道)，单价差不多16欧，在里斯本不能算便宜了。分量不少，味道个人觉得觉得一般，鳕鱼肉有点“劲道”，跟平时吃的鳕鱼口感不一样，可能品种问题吧。环境方面算得上优雅了，推荐来试一试。

However, one of the bread in the basket on our table got mouldy (black green dots) and while I told the waitress about that, she denied that at first time, but then she exchanged for us after finding those were really moulds. The staff here are pretty exceptional and made us feel right at home. From the start, they clearly described the menu and how to night would run. They were very attentive throughout the evening and ensured they gave us enough space at the same time. We even took a break half way through the meal which they were very accommodating. The food was fantastic, each dish delivered was very well presented and the flavours were spot on. Not overly complicated but fresh and well balanced. Lots of fish dishes which we love. We ended up chatted to the couple beside us who were also enjoying the experience like us. We will most certainly be back on our next visit to Lisbon.
