Our waitress Bri was amazing - fun, friendly and attentive even on a busy Saturday night. The food was absolutely delicious. We split the OGBH platter and everything on that plate was spot on. Tasty Hefeweizen! Must try the apple strudel - it was just the right level of sweet with fresh whipped cream and warm gooey apples. Can't wait for another trip to Milwaukee to return to this gem.

We enjoyed a lovely dinner with extremely nice staff. The restaurant is set up to allow very comfortable and safe social distancing. All staff wore masks. Masks are required when you aren't seated. The tables were spaced well and the bar setup was unique in a way that felt incredibly safe, too. When it came out, it looked fantastic at first glance, but the natural reddish hue of Prime Rib fooled me. As I made my first cut, I noticed 2 concerns: there was absolutely no juice on or under the meat, when normally, there is a small pool on top. The cut was also difficult to make and had to actually saw a bit. Again, the meat looked great and came with the au jus and horseradish sauce, but the first bite thru the last bite was extremely dry..... no juice at all and I would dare say , actually cooked at minimum Medium Well or maybe well. Yes, it's pink, but there is nothing close to rare and soooo dry. I'm extremely disappointed. I did not say anything as I'm so tired of my Family getting their food and now what am I supposed to do? Have it remade and I eat alone? I just stuffed it down. Flavor was fine , but definitely not enjoyable, especially for a $200 Family Dinner which is frankly something I shouldn't have done anyway. They seemed to have room but we had a bigger group and reservations were a good idea. There were a few other good sized groups that came in also... The food and beverages were very good. They had great options including selections for vegetarians. There were no complaints about the food from anyone in our party. The only issue that we really had was that our waiter might have been over booked. He was knowledgeable and very friendly but did not get back to us as much as he should have. We even had to reach out to one of the Hostesses to get our check taken care of. I am not positive why he didn't get back to us, so I am guessing he might have needed assistance. I wasn't thrilled about a tip being included just because we had 6 people considering the lack of service we received. The red cabbage was a great bite along with a little pork chop and smear of mustard, all in one! Beverages: I had wine, a mocktail and an NA beer during my visits. Really appreciate the variety of selection and the cocktails I saw being served looked very well made. Service: the servers were excellent, though the food does take a little longer to come out. But I will say, every one of my meals was hot and fresh- I’d rather wait 20 minutes for my food and it be good quality. Ambiance: it’s a hotel restaurant so it follows that modern but not too upscale vibe. It is not the most pristine or clean (some little messes on floors near busy traffic areas, sticky feeling menus) but the covered patio overlooking the park and surrounding area is very nice. Plan ahead and get there early on game days!The host was great, very friendly and informative. The atmosphere is fun and inviting and the space inside is very large with plenty of seating. It was great. The potato pancakes could improve but the service was lovely as always. Kams usually makes it into our St. Paddy plans one way or another.
