We set out at 12 got to the bottom at 13.30.. we did stop to admire the views for longer then most. The restaurant at the bottom does not allow you to use the toilets unless you are buying something to eat / drink. The cafe at the top is closed but the toilets are open. I personally found the walk up the top tough but there are regular spaced seats on the way up. We got back up at 14.00 to the car park. It was quiet with approximately 5 other groups doing the walk.

Never had a bad meal in it. Last night however, we deicded following a visit to the cinema, to just get a small takeaway for myself. Update: Last Saturday night we finally had a chance to revisit the Go Sun, this time for a sit in. The place was pretty busy as there seemed to be a couple of parties in. Nevertheless the staff who are alway pleasant and efficient managed to get us a table for two. Was it any better than our previous meal? Unfortunately not. I am not sure what has happened with the GoSun but the quality of food has seriously gone down hill. I had the Chicken soup as a starter and whereas the last time it tasted like vinegar this time it was so sweet i thought there was a bag of sugar in it. My wife had the spare ribs which although they looked nice when they arrived, where very tough when trying to eat them. My wife for her main had the special fried rice which was very stodgy and she could only manage a half plate before giving up. I had the Sweet and Sour Hong Kong style with fried rice and if anything mine was worse than my wifes. Rice was again very stodgy and the chicken was so tough that it was a struggle to get a knife through it. I am afraid that this was the second and last chance with the GoSun. It has gone fromt he go to place to have a chinese in Ballymena to a poor reflection of what it was with the same high prices. My only surprise is why so many still go there.

It is a fantastic environment for little people (and big people) to explore, it is very well laid out and sessions are well organised with just the right amount of people in at a time (no kids running into each other or fighting over equipment). The coffee is delicious 😋. I didn't have any food but it looked amazing and good quantities. It is very clean, the staff are really friendly and go above and beyond. We had an absolute ball the entire 90 minutes we were there. The play equipment is just first class with such a wide variety of things to do and loads of interactive bits. I actually despise soft play places (so much so I bought her her own soft play set for her playroom) but we will 100% be back here regularly even though that means travelling from Coleraine. The toilets were clean and while coming back I had a peek at the party rooms, they are well decorated and themed. The cafe has a great menu. We only had coffee, a traybake and an ice cream but the coffee was lovely and the tray bake so yummy! We saw some food being brought out to others and it all looked lovely, we will definitely try it the next time: Everything was so reasonably priced in it too, the entrance fee was well worth the money also. All the staff were so friendly and explained the rules clearly. Definitely 10/10 day out!

We had a warm welcome from the staff. The course was in great condition, the fairways cut short and the greens were perfect. And although a flat course, there are plenty of doglegs and tight fairways to cause upset. A lot of the par 4s were well under 400 yards, so for us that was ideal. He captured the mood beautifully. Nigel is a delight to work with, a gentleman but most of all he is an inspired painter. I have recommended him to a friend as he is also gifted in painting animals , which can be difficult. My only regret was not keeping the painting for myself!!
