Veranstalter und die meisten Einheimischen. Diese werfen die Zigarettenstummel ungeachtet ins Meer oder an den Strand, der Meeresboden war dementsprechend übersät mit Zigarettenstummeln. Sehr schade, dass man einen so schönen Platz so verunstaltet und nicht wertschätzt. Ansonsten ist dort ein reges Treiben, alle paar Minuten legen Boote an, welche Gäste oder andere Dinge vorbeibringen. Der Berg im Wasser, Turtle Island, wird von den einheimischen Jugendlichen bestiegen und als Sprungplattform genutzt.
