I love art galleries. I spent maybe 1.5 hours here looking at everything and watching the full video about My mother’s dream and some of the Skinnings video (it was beautiful shapes animations but then got a bit creepy when it started drawing people-esque things). My favourite part was the My mother’s dream exhibition because it was gorgeous, and the exhibition that was accessible by the second curtain from the room playing the video animation (which I never would have stumbled upon had I not gone behind the first curtain!). I also liked the graphite art with gold and silver metallic accents. There is a gift shop with artworks, books, posters, postcards, and little trinkets and chocolates for sale. There also appeared to be a workshop for kids at the time. There is also a sitting area with tables and chairs for board games. The washroom smelled lovely as well. There was a guest wifi network but password protected and I didn’t ask so can’t comment on the wifi quality. Free parking in front.
