The food we ordered was good, again though the mashed potatoes my wife received weren't hot, they were warm, mine were warmer than hers. Overall, the food tasted good, they weren't packed out at the time we went, but it looks like they can get pretty busy. Also, we ordered off the menu instead of eating the buffet. It was cooked perfectly. Very juicy and flavorful. Over all it was every well put together burger. 100% recommend!

We started with a loaf of fresh bread and butter then came our salads I usually order ranch but this time I decided to order French boy was I surprised by the light and well seasoned dressing-it was absolutely delicious and I didn’t leave the bakery without a bottle of this special recipe! We ordered it for the two of us but it could have fed a large family that’s for sure!!! Everything I mean everything was so delicious that I wished I had 2 stomachs!!! For Dessert I ordered Custard pie it was like no other custard I’ve ever eaten-delectable!!! I want to share a very important suggestion that is for those of us that pay the $26+ for our meal I say we should be able to bag the initial order that’s left on the tray but anything extra for the all you can eat is a no, no! It would be so much easier for the restaurant to prevent waste and us as customers would love love love to take our leftovers home to enjoy another meal at home. We hate throwing good food out I know you know we’ve heard the cliche many times about starving people not only here in the USA also elsewhere. This will not only help maintain our clean conscience and needless waste I really hope you take me up on this suggestion it will benefit all-really!!! Thank You so much for your top notch cleanness not only from the beautiful bathroom also the bakery, restaurant, and flowery surroundings that we’re greeted by when we arrive!!! If you've never tried their Bourbon Glazed Pork Chops (available in store only) you're missing out on some of the most tender, flavorful pork chops of your life! I seriously couldn't believe how their house-made glaze soaked that delicious, rich bourbon flavor through the entire pork chop. There's just no comparison between big box and Yoder's when it comes to the quality and flavor of their steaks, sirloin burgers, and pork. It's absolutely worth a stop here not only for their meat but experience their entire store and staff. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. I'm also probably going to gain weight thanks to the sheer amount of new kinds of Amish made cheeses I picked up to try. You can't go wrong with the smoked bacon gouda, and they'll even slice it for you at the deli counter! My kids also love the snack and candy aisle and beg to pick up the chocolate milk every time we go. I love to grab their kettle corn for the drive home, and I always make a trip to pick up dip mixes and soup mixes before the holidays.

Our buggy driver took us out of the downtown area of Shipshewana and onto the backroads, telling us about the history of the area. After reading the response from the owner I'm adding the following. I was there for dinner and that is hours after lunch with plenty of time to clean up. It costs mere pennies to purchase cleaning products and light bulbs are not going to break the bank either. Blaming the previous owner for the appearance of the business from two years ago is unprofessional as is choosing to utilize all capital letters. Not sure how the pictures I posted are lying.
