The trails are also suitable for mountain bikes if you have family/friends that join you for Bike N' Rides 😀 The campsites are well set up with stalls, horse water, and the rakes/wheelbarrow /broom for cleaning out and stripping the stalls. Unfortunately this course is in very rough shape… not sure if it’s because it’s September, but it was disappointing to say the least. It’s a shame though because this course is nestled in a very beautiful landscape and the elevation changes of the course really does make for a challenging game. I really wish the grounds keeper cut the grass like a golf course should and had a distinction between the fairway and rough, but I will give credit to the greens! The majority of them were really beautiful however they played extremely slow and almost felt like putting on carpet. The tee boxes were also in really rough shape…Barely any grass, very uneven… on the positive side we saw a lot of wildlife and enjoyed the beautiful day we were blessed with!

The course is well maintained with a few areas that get soggy, especially with a heavy rain or two, but overall is playable for any type of golfer. The 8th hole has a great view from the elevated tee box that is definitely worthy of a few photos and quick break to check it out. There needs to be a bridge or some sort of structure to get over this creek (hikers had thrown some trunks and branches across but that was not enough). I can’t imagine what it would be like in the spring if it was that wide and fast flowing in winter. Otherwise it’s a beautiful place for a hike, with well-marked trails. 👍
