I actually just went to see the Troll, little did I know when I walked down a pathway it would open up to people fishing, kayaking, paddle boarder, having picnics, walking..... enjoying life. I entered the park from one of the parking lots and walked through what felt and looked like a forest from beyond. Seeing several different paths to walk I followed my GPS to walk down to the troll. What a nice walk through the woods, beautiful, peaceful, serenity at its best. After coming to the end of the path there was a public pool, lots of guys fishing, people walking their dogs, enjoying the day. The views were fantastic. Not something you'd expect from the area. Not sure how long the path goes around the lake itself but I walked it for quite awhile enjoying the scenery. If you happen to be one of the lucky ones to see a resting seal that would just add to your visit. Will definitely return and explore more when I travel back over that way.
