La salle d'eau ( si on peut appeler ça comme ça ) à l'air libre est très rudimentaire et dans un mauvais état. Les wc fuient ( attention aux gros crabes ... qui se régalent de sortir de dessous les plinthes complètement défoncées, lorsque vous vous douchez ). Si vous aimez les animaux , il y en a plein !! des geckos qui laissent leurs excréments sur les étagères de la cuisine et sur la vaisselle mais également de beaux rats qui courent allègrement sur ces mêmes étagères où sont rangés verres et assiettes , malheureusement je n'ai jamais réussi à les prendre en photo ( il ne me prévenaient pas quand ils allaient arriver ! ) . Ils ne vous quittent pas la nuit ! ils passent et repassent sur les poutres en bois sur le côté du lit . Quelques gros cafards dans les poêles . Pensez à faire la vaisselle quand vous arrivez car il y a du passage !!! L'eau n'est pas potable , vous vous doucherez et ferez votre vaisselle à l'eau quasi salée . Sur les sites il est mentionné 'cuisine bien équipée' , tout est relatif !!! la cuisine dont les éléments ménagers frigo et gazinière seulement, sont très rustiques et sales . Même pas de cafetière digne de ce nom, je ne savais pas que ce genre là existait encore ( voire photo ). Il est également dit dans l'annonce qu'une machine à laver , 1 fer à repasser, 1 sèche linge est à disposition , lorsqu'on reste 1 mois sur place comme nous l'avons fait ça peut servir , mais hélas on n'a pas eu accès à cet 'espace' car fermé à clef par le proprio et comme il est en Nouvelle Calédonie on n'a pas pu y accéder du séjour; je lui ai notifié et il m'a répondu qu'il fallait que je me contente de laver à la main ! Il dit également que sa maison est équipée d'un dressing avec cintres , mais il s'agit plutôt d'un vieux placard poussiéreux avec 2 cintres en plastique et 1 en fer rouillé déformé . On n'y a même pas entreposé nos vêtements tellement l'odeur de renfermé y est forte, du coups tout est resté dans les valises pendant 3 semaines ! Très peu d'éclairage à la nuit tombée , seulement 3 petites lampes ! pensez à vous munir d'une lampe torche . Tous les revêtements des assises intérieures sont tâchés . De même , choisissez bien votre siège sur le deck! rien y est en bon état ... une chaise pliante en fer rouillée s'est effondrée avec moi dessus ( faudrait-il que je me mette au régime ? ) et voilà du coups un déclenchement d'un mal de dos. Pensez à sourire lors de votre séjour !! car vous êtes filmés et surveillés par une caméra fixée au tronc d'arbre juste devant la terrasse ( le proprio prétend que c'est pour surveiller ses bateaux mais il doit sans doute se tromper de direction car très souvent la caméra tourne en direction de la maison et comme tout est ouvert , il n'y a ni portes ni fenêtres , et bien il peut voir et entendre tout ce qui se passe sur la terrasse et à l'intérieur ). Ce fare est quand même à 299 euros /nuit !!! On aurait aimé partir avant ( on est parti quand même 1 semaine avant ) mais il a été très difficile à cette période là de l'année ( saison haute) de se reloger.
