Took the children and they absolutely loved it. Quality time well spent with the family. It has all different holes based around a dinosaur theme, a lake running through the middle and fun facts placed around as well. Doesn’t take too long, but enough time to enjoy it, and definitely worth the small price paid! It's a visually pleasing course with various obstacles and challenges. We went at Halloween time and there were pumpkins hidden along the way, if the kids count the pumpkins they get a prize bag at the end. We will definitely go back. The staff were very accommodating and friendly and the tractor drivers were always so friendly and encouraging little ones to have a photo in the tractor if you ask them I’m sure they’ll happily oblige. Lots to see and wildlife after having a short tractor ride to the main farm yard where you can see sheep and other livestock. Lovely day out shame we couldn’t stay the entire duration as had a lengthy travel home but really recommend 👍🏻

The tractor ride, jumping pillows, maize maze, arts & crafts, and seeing the farm animals were all big highlights. The café is great, tasty food, local ice creams, and we even took home some chocolate oatey. You can pretty much sit anywhere and still see your children from a distance, making it safe while allowing them some independence. We arrived at 10am and stayed until 4:30pm, you can easily spend a whole day here. It’s very well priced, especially compared to other attractions in Norfolk, and the staff are super friendly. We had food at tubbys and the food was delicious and very reasonable for me and both my kids I paid £20 for food 2 burgers ( one with extras) and one hotdog with a side of cheesy chips. Highly recommend HIRSTYS also had crafts on and the kids loved this also

There were 9 of us in total, from ages 5 to 53, and every single one of us came away smiling. We didn’t bring the dog so requested to see if we could change to a different caravan. No was the response. Fair enough. This Gold 3 caravan was absolutely disgusting. The smell on entering was diabolical, we had to buy furniture freshener to hide the smell. The furniture was so badly stained as was the floor. There was no way we could allow ourselves or the children to have nothing on our feet. The toilet seat should have been changed years ago it was absolutely a disgrace and had to be cleaned before allowing the children to use it. The bedding was clean and supplied for the 3 bedrooms, unfortunately for the 7/8 bed there was only sheets provided. There was plenty of crockery although one glass did have a crack in it which we placed out of reach of the children. As for cutlery, loads of knives, 7 forks and 5 dessert spoons. Luckily the weather was brilliant so we spent our time on the beach thank goodness.

The booking was until tomorrow. However returned home last night as we couldn't live in the unhygienic place anymore. The Caravan was absolutely disgusting. The sofa and the floors were all stained. There were fungus on the curtains. The twin room was very tiny and congested. We booked the stay with hot water tub and that was the only one thing we enjoyed at the stay. Though the stay has the hot water tub they don't provide any towels which was surprising. Upon calling to ask about the towels, the reception said they don't provide it and we have to go to near by tesco to get it. The restaurant is nice and clean, there is indoor and outdoor play area which are really good for the kids as well. The food was alright in the restaurant. The beach is in walking distance. But aside this, I must say this again that the caravan was absolutely disgusting. You get nothing for what you pay for. The owner must renovate the property.

We thought we would try somewhere different than we normally do (Haven) and The downside for us was we booked a Gold caravan and to us it was the standard of bronze that we would have got at Haven. The staff we found were also, not so much rude but dismissive or like they didn't want to be there. There were only two of us and our dog so we had plenty of room. We read reviews about how uncomfortable some of the beds were It was not perfect but we slept fine. Very quiet and peaceful when we went as the school holidays had ended dogs not allowed in the show bar but allowed in the bar/ restaurant on the left hand side as you go in. Prices for food and reasonable. Our check in was 2pm other accommodation had different check in times. Lodge was clean and tidy lots of windows and patio doors so lots of natural light. Lots of wardrobe and cupboard space but not alot of hangers. Towels supplied but we always take extra. If you use a hairdryer take your own or you Can hire one. Everything you need in the kitchen lodge designed for 4 so only 4 of each cutlery, cups etc. A few knives in the knife block had their tips broken off. 2 things for myself that were on the downside were that I have arthritis in my knees : the sofa was low and difficult to get off and I could not use the hottub as its set in the decking which you can see on the pictures but didn't realise how deep it was so I could probably get in but would not get out even with help. There is a swimming pool and gym further up the site. Hemsby amusements 5/10 mins walk away. No shop on site. There is a very basic shop on a site opposite but we used the co op. No one there in reception on checkout as I just wanted to mention a few things. The knives with tips missing , battery's need in main bedroom remote and we had broken a glass washing up. All staff on site were friendly and helpful. Just a nice quiet holiday.

To start the absolute state of the chalet , black mould all over the doors and windows, the “wet room” turned into more like a swimming bath which ended up flooding the entire shower/bathroom with the drain for the shower popping out of the floor and a tone of dog hair and grey hair flooded the entire bathroom from the drain which led myself and my partner to clean out the entire bucket load of hair and dirt form the shower. Oh and my favorite part the constant two smells , firstly the constant smell of damp and BO that hit us as soon as we entered the chalet our clothes constantly smelt like damp which is absolute shocking. And the constant smell of Cannabis that hit us every moment of every day it flooded the entire chalet every day, every morning I would wake up to the most amazing smell of pure cannabis and every evening with my little sister asking constantly what that bad smell was 24/7. As we entered the chalet it looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned in an extremely long time blood, dirt stains old tissues all over the floor the chairs covered in dry skin and nail polish. After speaking to customer service the women on the phone was extremely rude and spoke down to us like we were at a very lower standard to her. For the extortionate price you pay for this place you would expect at least some respect and a clean place to rest, we could’ve gone on an all inclusive holiday for the price we spent here. The only positive I would give this place is take the beach is not even a 10 minute walk away with lots to do with the little ones. I will not be coming again and I assure you I will be telling every one I know not to come here.

While I was with my disabled mother and father playing slot machines another customer came and started using the machine right next to me. I asked him to respect social distancing to which he said no, I asked him to give me my social distancing rights and move he declined, the manager, or a man saying he was the manager came after I moved the gentleman in question out of my space and said social distancing rules didn't apply even though the place is plastered with signs like in the picture. I will never step foot in this place again and it's due to people like this that we ended up in the state we did with covid. They are ignorant and money grabbing and belive they are above everybody else, they should be made to close down. Anyone I meet I will recommend Hemsby but the mirage I will make sure nobody I know visits.

A member of staff called Alfie was absolutely brilliant with our individuals. One individual had an issue with one of the machines, he immediately came over to assist. He calmly explained what had happened to the machine (the coin became stuck). Within seconds the machine was working. Alfie reassured the individual that if there's a problem with any of the machines, he will sort it. This made the individual very happy and calm. We visited again another day and again Alfie was on shift. He came over to us all to ensure the individuals were ok. When the individuals won a prize on the 2p machines, Alfie came over and celebrated the win with them. This made the individuals very happy.
