Highly recommend you go and take the tour offered. Ask for Anthony, he is the best!!! There is a short tour (approximately 25 minutes) and a long tour (approximately 45 minutes). We started with the short and I think we ended up with the long because it was so awesome. The tour is interactive and hands-on.
