Firstly, there is absolutely no safety – not even a single security guard at the gate. Anyone visiting the restaurant can freely walk into the hotel and even up to the room lobbies. The room itself was a disaster. No toiletries, no towel, no drinking water, no TV connection, not even a working phone. When I asked for water, I was shockingly told to go down to the restaurant on the ground floor and drink from there. But we have booked through Agoda app & got some best deal for 2 AC Double Bed room. Rooms are quite spacious and toilets are clean. Need to maintain more hygiene in bedsheets & toilets. No toiletries provided. Only soap will be given. We have to take own brush & toothpaste. Also they show breakfast included but its attached to an restaurant at ground floor which is limited budget. If u exceed the budget they charge extra so be aware and re confirm with hotel staff. Its actually fraud when they mentioned breakfast included then it should be given free.
