I recommend the zoo or Heritage Park or Bell Media Centre. This place needs an overhaul of its management, board of directors, and basic priorities.

We also really enjoyed the opportunity to use a tool to cut cardboard—it was a unique and engaging activity. Even though a few spaces were closed for updates, we honestly didn't feel like we were missing a thing. There was still so much to see and do that we didn't get to explore everything! We saw a live demonstration and got to work in Steven's Lab, a hands-on opportunity to tinker and form scientific hypotheses. There was so much to do, I actually felt bad having to pull my daughter away to try and see as much as we could before nap time. The outdoor space was another highlight. It offered a great chance for kids to run, jump, and explore in a different environment. Colonialism and the attempted genocide of Indigenous people needs to be common knowledge and truly understood so that meaningful reconciliation can happen such as returning the land back to the First Nations in Canada. Check out the Land Back movement (even Ben & Jerry’s has an article about it) – we all deserve clean and safe air, water, and food – and Indigenous peoples have proven this is possible through their land management practices that mitigate the loss of biodiversity and climate crisis. ⭐️All in all, a truly special experience and highly encourage everyone to stop by and learn more about the original peoples of this land!

We were fortunate enough to book Cole for both our engagement and wedding photos. During the engagement shoot we learned that, as Cole puts it, he simply loves love. Cole has the perfect mix of enthusiasm, professionalism, and humour, putting everyone at ease when they know the camera is focused on them which is no small feat. Cole was amazing at taking our zany idea of going climbing and turning it into the most wonderful shots. We wanted to do our prewedding shoot in Canada Banff where we heard so many good things about the amazing & stunning lakes. We started looking through the internet for a local photographer who would be familiar with nice location shots and Yueko Image stood out among the rest. Vivian was extremely accommodating, patient, friendly and even recommending us the make-up & hair artist which really help us alot. The day before the actual shoot we are both so worried that we might not be able to pose well, the lake condition as it was snowing, and we do not really know what to expect and the result. Finally on the actual shoot day our worries are gone as Vivian & Ken came well prepared and made us feel very comfortable. They even did a tour around that area looking for nice spot before picking us up from the Hotel. Throughout the shoot, Vivian was extremely accommodating and constantly checked if we are ok and any shots that we wanted. Her friendly nature helped made the process very comfortable, and we are extremely satisfied with the results and grateful that she has captured our most wonderful and important moments that we can share and look back on. Having prewedding shoot during winter and standing on the frozen lake Louise was a lifetime experience. The pictures look so gorgeous, when we received the photos, we had a hard time choosing our favourites as we love ALL of them. It was challenge to even shortlist pictures for the album printing! Upon visiting Yueko Images website, we were blown away by how beautiful the pictures were and became immediately hooked. Ken and Vivian were extremely friendly and down to earth, easy to work with and quick to respond. Throughout several meetings (both online and in person), they helped us plan out our wedding itinerary by providing rerecommendations for the best timeslots to allocate for specific shots, the best locations for photos and even showed us the high quality albums you can expect to receive as a add on. Needless to say, their advice definitely helped us to shape our itinerary more realistically and we didn't experience any delays on the day of. As expected on our wedding day, Ken and Vivian arrived in a timely manner and worked with great efficiency. We were never confused on how to pose or look because they directed us throughout the day (which we requested). We also didn't have to worry about the lighting because they had their own equipment and creative photograpghy skills to ensure the perfect shots. Unlike the other photographers we've previously looked at, Ken and Vivian provided us a unique USB "stick" with the full days worth of pictures (we had 2000+ picutres) and they did it in only a short month. Prior to that was a teaser posted on their blog with some of the highlights of our day. We were extremely impressed with their high quality/creative shots and how fast their delivery was.
