We were warmly greeted and seated, the host was very respectful and polite. The wait staff as well were very attentive without being overbearing. I had the Atlantic salmon and it was wonderful with its honey lemon glaze, the rice was cooked in broth and seasoned very well. the vegetables were under cooked and still rather firm. the keylime pie had a great crust and flavor for filling, however the sugar wasn't dissolved and it had a granulated crunchy texture I wasn't a fan of. From the initial tour with Stasi to the planning and night of with Rebekka, everything turned out so beautifully. While no one at our table solved the mystery, our family had a great time collaborating together. You pay for your food and ticket ahead of time, but drinks at the end of the ride. The bill at the end just shows your drinks and does not include the food price. I wasn't sure if we were supposed to tip on the ticket price plus the drinks or just the drinks. The vibe is super cool being in literally a firestone building. Tires all around even the bathroom sinks have tires. We were able to get a table for 5 and a baby with no reservation and a minimum wait time to be seated. The server was nice enough but being on the 2nd level service was a bit slow. We ordered drinks and an app. The app came first. We ordered bone marrow which presentation was really nice. I didn't eat it so can't tell you how good it was but our sons said it was good. Not just a little but a lot. Positive was all the steaks and burger were cooked just right in temperature. Brussel sprouts were hard and still had bottom stems. My d-i-law said same of her brussel sprts. The parmesan risotto was a bit too hard and NO flavoring. My husband had sirloin and au gratin pot. Tiny serving, a few slices and no flavor, spinach was a bit too wilted as well. Presentations were all good but I'd rather it have flavor than having to use all the sauces and extra salt and pepper to give expensive food taste. For a night of drinks we can recommend but for food it may have been an off night but probably won't go there again to eat.

My friend recommended sunset reservation that way we could see the sunset as we eat. Within 2 weeks I had my check ride they got it done didn't try to make me fly more then I needed for profit there Cfi was great he knew the machine he knew how to teach well. Definitely recommend using this place for any training they have 3 aircraft so they're never down or pausing your training. Been to 4 different schools in the area and this is hands down the most proficient place to go.

The valet service is worthless. Takes 20 minutes to get your car even when you call ahead. They even got the one of the people in my group's car a parking ticket with nothing more than a shoulder shrug as an explanation. I will however say that the rooms were clean and at least the desk staff was nice although not very helpful. Cool location. Expected way more for the price of the room.
