有历史，有故事的地方，风景优美而神奇。也是史泰龙拍摄《第一滴血》的地方。

离市区不到两小时的车程就能去到这么棒的景点太值得了而且是史泰龙第一滴血的拍摄地点。看完很多游览评价才决定带着家人去的，而且谷歌图片集也有隧道雪景，看起来很漂亮。当我渠道的时候却傻眼了，不开放哈哈哈。尽管不开放我还是带着母亲和女儿走到了隧道口留影，沿路的小山溪已经结冰，形成一块透明的固体瀑布，煞是好看，晶莹剔透的冰锥挂满枝头，湍急的河流还是很清澈，只是我们踏着积雪不敢走下河边。我们拍了不少照片，以后有机会我肯定还会带着家人再来的。

非常特别的一个景点，隧道加上峭壁、激流和木桥，就差瀑布了。5星推荐的免费景点，隧道内壁还有渗水滴落。但通道内很暗，强烈建议每人带个手电筒，也算是一种乐趣！

It has been bank holiday weekend, the RV park hasn’t been full, but maybe low on staff? You have to pay $2 for 6mins for showers if they are on during your stay. Whilst in Hope make sure to take a picnic down to the Kawkaka Lake… of a weekend it’s full of families having BBQs and swimming in the lake, there’s a great playground there too! We also did the train tunnels and it was a lovely walk!

Perfect for kayaking/paddle-boarding! The road to get there is good, the last 6kms is gravel but still very well maintained and any car with decent car can make it, don’t necessarily need a 4x4. The campgrounds are great and also well monitored. The Day Use area is relatively small but I imagine this place doesn’t get too much traffic anyways. However, if you walk by the lake, there are many day-use spots where you can have your picnic or go for a swim.

Follow directions from the BCParks website. The road turns to a good quality dirt road partway in. The scenery as you drive into the hills is spectacular with rushing creeks, waterfalls, and coastal forest. On the plus side this park has large private campsites that are mostly level with tables and firepits. There is a small lake surrounded by mountains with a 10hp limit and a small boat launch. Perfect for canoe and kayak. The park is small, and the lake is an easy walk. On the negative side none of the sites have power, water or sewer hookup. There are no water taps but there is are hand pumps for drinking water located in the campground area. No showers. No flush toilets just pit toilets. There is only limited hiking available and no playground for children.
