Another young couple sat at the picnic benches before the waterfall, dog under the table - we turn around and it is racing towards our toddler - they do absolutely nothing to retrieve it - they just seemed to think it was funny. They are animals you can’t say it will never snap at someone. Is it really worth a child being scarred for life and a dog being put to sleep because you can’t be in anyway sensible. Dogs should be on leads, if you have no recall and you can’t be bothered to act. Your walking along and too many times you can’t actually tell who a dogs owner is because the dog is running off and the owner is still 2 minutes behind them, not in sight - that’s not being a dog owner. Sick of being told ‘it’s ok’ ‘they are friendly’ - it’s ok until it’s not ok and by then it’ll be too late and the damage will already be done. Accused of not returning my keys until I showed photo evidence so make sure you photograph everything or they will try and get money out of you. Disgusting treatment and the landlady should be ashamed continuing letting the house out in the condition it’s in against advice from workmen. Don’t know how they can live with themselves treating people the way they do. I’m sure they will blame myself or have a smart response but I have so much evidence, over 100 calls and emails even begging to be kept updated or for help which were ignored.

We had to get environmental health to visit the property due to all the issues that were not being solved, including the smoke alarms were not connected around the house. After over 2 months, this is still not fixed. The electrician identified the floor boards would need pulling up to fix this issue and this must have been too much hassle. Even more has happened in this property that we pay over £3000 per month for, but I hope this is enough to encourage you to choose a different property management.

As much as I do understand how difficult and tiring it can be to work in customer service, this is not a way to speak to anyone, let alone a paying customer who PAYS your wages. The heels were very worn and some leather on the upper. I was on a visit to Newcastle and saw the shop and a great selection of shoes and boots. The shop in Newcastle actually had the same boots!
